I was invited by Quest Mindshare to complete a 2 hour song clip survey which consisted of listening to over 600 song clips and answering questions about them. I finally completed the survey on July 2nd and was told that I would that I would receive $40 via PayPal within 4 to 6 weeks. Then a couple of days ago, I receive an e-mail from them stating that they are unable to pay me via PayPal because they can not verify that I am located in Las Vegas and in order for them to mail me a check, I have to have a Las Vegas mailing address. They falsely claim that I signed a disclaimer stating that I had to be a Las Vegas resident to complete the survey. This is not true. They NEVER stated anywhere that I was required to be a Las Vegas resident and there was no such disclaimer on the survey. I also never stated that I lived in Las Vegas. When as for my location, I always truthfully answered "Texas". If this survey was truly only for Las Vegas residents, shouldn't it just have disqualified me when I gave my location as Texas? I have contacted Quest Mindshare via e-mail nearly 3 days ago but haven't heard back from them. Very dishonest company. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting your time. NOT recommended!

Very few surveys are available.... If you are not too picky about time, i guess this site will do..

Surveys that lead you to dead ends or errors and no credits upon an almost completion after that happens and there is nothing they will do if you complain about it - Check.
Survey adjustments where they take money you earned away from you after completing a survey with no explanation as of why - Check
Paypal fees that no other survey group has - Check
Maximum payout levels of $15 that always leaves it's clients short a few cents making it impossible to withdraw the whole amount of cash you earned - Check
The panels lies about it's estimated time of completion by at least double the amount - Huge Check

The panel isn't worth the time or energy for such small payments. It just keeps on ripping off it's clients who make it's cash for them. Don't sign up for this panel or you'll regret it.

I have been with Quest Mindshare for a while. I used to like them. It is hard to qualify for surveys lately. They keep taking money out of my account. I took a survey but apparently they decided to take my money away because I now have -$3 in my account. They have done this a few times before and it always for $3. I will not do another survey for them since it seems I am doing them for free.

Ever since I joined, I've been having a devil of a time qualifying for surveys. I can spend a half hour answering preliminary questions to be constantly shut out. This hasn't happened to me at other sites, so I wonder if Quest Mindshare is just really specific about the people they survey. I'm about to leave it behind.
