Great surey company

April 29, 2018 by Yuri from United States

I am shocked to see how others gave 1-2 stars for this company. In fact, these people apparently don't even read the rules or they leave a review intended for some other survey site. One person is talking about gift cards and hacked accounts. What gift cards, exactly? Pointsforsurveys.com doesn't give any gift cards to the responders, Instead, it simply transfers your points straight to your Jetblue FF account. Another person complains that he got only 50 points for 10 disqualifications during a day. It is clearly stated by the company that 10 points are awarded for the first 5 survey disqualifications only per 24 hours. It is easy not to read the rules and then blame the company, but how about doing some homework first?.
While pointsforsurveys.com is not perfect, of course, it does what it promises. Moreover, this is the only survey company known to me that does direct transfer of your earned points into your JetBlue account instantly . My wife an I accumulated about 35000 jetblue miles in just 4 months just answering pointsforsurveys.com surveys. This is enough for the average 3 round trips on JetBlue. I think they are doing a good job, I give them almost 5 stars! They do have some technical issues they have to resolve though.

A very fair survey operation

Drawbacks: Often the surveys last much longer than the initially promised time. You will often answer numerous questions in a survey (beyond the initial demographic questions) and then get kicked out for unknown reasons, but - and this is the main reason for my 4 star rating - you will almost always receive partial points for the answers you submitted - for example, you'll get 10 points for a survey that promised anywhere from 30 to 100 points. So you don't feel that you're wasting your time. I have not had any problem redeeming rewards either. It's run by JetBlue which is a pretty reputable company from my experience. And I don't experience getting terminated that often from a survey. However, I don't recommend as highly their sister survey, JetOpinions. With those, you sometimes get measly points (like 3) after providing time consuming and thoughtful answers to their questions before being kicked off a survey, and the ratio of surveys I'm kicked out of by JetOpinions is MUCH higher than Points for Surveys.

Inconsistent rewards

December 13, 2015 by Stacey from United States

I have been using points for surveys for most of this year as a way of getting points towards JetBlue flights. My experience has been somewhat consistent up to the past week. Typically they ask you a series of questions to match you to surveys, if you are not a match they give you ten points for trying, which is great. However, this week I was matched to three surveys (all on the same day) and completed each one (each survey was at least 15-20 mins in length) only to be told AFTER completing the ENTIRE survey that the survey was not the right match and I would only get ten points. Each of the three surveys mentioned would have gained me between 30 and 50 points each. I feel that I was cheated out of these points as I completed the entire thing. I believe it is deceptive to have me complete a rather long survey and not be adequately compensated for my time. I will discontinue using this program if this issue is not addressed

Gone Crazy

July 9, 2018 by Paul from United States

I have been taking Points for Survey for quite a while without a problem. Recently, however, they have gone crazy sending as manyas 15 survey requests a day. I wish they would stop. I unrolled from their survey site but to no avail, they keep coming.

If you asked me 2 weeks ago I would have given this 5 stars. Was earning about 150 points a day, racked up 5,000 total points , and thought I was on my was to earning a free flight by the end of the year. Last Monday I started having issues receiving points - I got them for surveys I completed, but only occasionally for ones I was declined. Right now I am owed about 160 points. So I took a few days off and went in today, I cannot get chosen for a survey, have been declined for 8 but only received 50 points. I am wondering if they are just having issues or that I have accumulated too many points and they are trying to discourage me. It's frustrating, but how do you complain for something you are getting for free. Have written in complaints but nothing happens.
