I love pollpass's text format for taking surveys. Its super easy to use and a simple site design...I've cashed out once now and hope to cash out again soon.

I was skeptical at 1st when I tried their site once I cashed out it was sit n wait for me ...It took 7 long days for cash out after numerous emails and no reply till finally 9 days later someone reached out to me to clarify what was going on..I had my doubts at 1st but they pulled thru once they let me know what was going on..I do recommend them they r legit☺

Have been a member of pollpass for a few months now, and at first it was great, there were some questions most days even though sometimes there weren't many but I managed to cash out a small amount a couple of times. However the next time I decided to let my earnings build up a bit but when I reached £10 about three weeks ago, the questions suddenly stopped coming. I cashed out then as I thought they just didn't want me to build up a significant amount, and I did receive my payment from them but since then I have continued to sign in every single day but there are never any questions to answer any more. I emailed them to ask what the reason for this was, but so far I have been blanked and no answer forthcoming, which has left me wondering if they are going to close down or something. Seems a strange way to treat a panellist, as I have certainly not violated any conditions.

Further to my review above, it is now 13/05/20, and I received an email from Pollpass today to say that they are closing sadly on 10/06/20, so no more questions will now be put up and everyone has until the above date to claim their rewards if they have sufficient points. Such a shame as the concept was a breath of fresh air.

Love how they do the surveys like via text message but I don't like how they take 13 Days to pay u thru Pay Pal. That makes no sense to wait that long for $3. Really all other sites I do surveys on pay me instantly like Surveytime and Survey Junkie.

It started off fine and I was even able to request a reward redemption a few months ago Now here's the BUT... every single day its a password problem and of course it always seems to be MY problem even after doing all they requested there is still issues getting in and I'm ready to tell them what to do with the rewards I want and my account.
