Participate in Sweepstakes and Surveys

RewardTV offers a variety of different sweepstakes and ways to earn prizes. These include:

• £1,000 "Second Game" prize draw - similar to the £5,000 Prize Draw, as a winner, you can choose from a variety of different prize packages, including cash.

I received an email early in the week saying I am being terminated but they didn't give me a specific reason but said within a couple of days I would have only limited access to the web site meaning all I could do is cash out points I previously earned and that in 60 days I would lose complete access. Well yesterday I lost access to all their surveys and games. Apparently other people got the same email and I have no idea what is going on because the email was very vague. I have been a longtime member of theirs and I wonder if they are looking to get rid of all the longtime members and replace them with new ones. Because it seems just about all the survey sites are promoting reward tv and offering people either money or points to join. It was also stated in the email that I would be ineligible to try to sign up again either with the email I used before or another one.

I just finished cashing out all my points with them so now this is it as far as my activity goes with them. Unless I win 50000 reward points in their sweepstakes. In all the years I was a member all I won was 50 dollars one time. But I stayed with them because I enjoyed playing the tv games. This company apparently can terminate people for no just cause. So I would stay away from them.

This is a difficult site to get rewards from. The auctions always need a million points or more which would take too long to accumulate. The shopping spree never seems to be set to the same time as my computer so that by the time it refreshes, the gift cards are all sold out. Reward TV told me it was the settings on my computer and when I changed these in line with the site the gift cards were still sold out when it refreshed.

I was dropped into RewardTV by way of Opinion Outpost, but I don't watch enough tv to make it worthwhile (and I didn't find their rewards very worthwhile, either). So, after taking one of their "surveys", I hadn't been back.
Until yesterday, when I got a random email from them. I still had no interest, so I clicked the convenient "Unsubscribe" link in the email... Half an hour later, I had been forced to confirm a new account with them, then dig through layer after layer to delete said account and remove myself from their mailings.
If this is a legitimate program, then at the very least it's badly handled and uses dubious practices. I'd advise against them.

RewardTV isn't exactly only surveys, you choose the show or movie you recently saw from their list and they ask you questions about it and the commercials too. The more answers you get right - the more points you get. You can take the little surveys they offer (which are ALWAYS the same!) but thats not the only way to earn points with them. The ONLY reason I did not give them 5 stars is because its so hard to actually GET the rewards. They don't just exchange their rewards for points, you have to have the points AND be the winner of their contest.
Basically all you have to do is watch tv and then answer questions about it to obtain points. Its pretty fun overall.

I've been a member of Rewards TV for about 4 months and received 2 gift cards already. The key is get on the site half hour before gift giveaway begins otherwise you will not get anything too many customers. Come on people you can't win everytime!!!
