Don't fall for it!

August 17, 2017 by Crystal from Canada

I've been a member of Univox for 3 months and have only qualified for 6 surveys, 2 of which they've cheated me out of points for. They rope you in by promising 5 points for every one you try but they cheat you out of those points at least half of the time. They seem to want you to do surveys for nothing and think they can get away with it.

they are going downhill really fast!

they used to be 1 of best and favorite sites, but the 6-7 months have been terrible. just terrible. used to be pretty good at giving you 5 pts for every dq, which was a big plus. now you will be lucky to get them now. went from 5 stars in my book to 1 now. they state on some of the replies from them about their dq pts system now, it bogus junk. I tried 85 surveys in 2 day time period. only got pts on 25 of them. they have changed the system to keep from paying the 5 dq pts like they were before. that's all it is. I for one am quitting them.

Asleep at the Wheel

August 11, 2017 by David from United States

What was once a good survey community has fallen into an abyss. Their clients have learned how to end a 100% complete survey in ways that respondents aren't payed. Their rewards paid for surveys have fallen drastically and their attitude is and always been that they could care less other than provide them with a screen shot..
Stay away, perhaps someday they will get their stuff together but for now, don't waste your time and effort for nothing.
EDIT 8/10/2017:
I am convinced Univox's staff of 3 or possibly 4 which include a very bad programmer who routinely damages the the SQL database which results in if your lucky no surveys or if not no payout for 100% complete surveys. Univox wants you to send them emails, screenshots just to string you along and avoid paying you for their mistakes.
Any time you waste sending emails, screenshots to Univox is a complete waste of time. Nothing has ever been resolved, check their forum..
Univox's client's make complete fools out of them, by either subverting your return to Univox after a 100% completion of a survey or locking up the browser under the same circumstances making you reboot the browser with no reward.
Complete incompetence, yes there are some good surveys but few and far between.
This mom and pop shop needs to hire some professionals on their staff and quit kidding their members.
STAY AWAY and don't waste your time!

Stay away - they randomly close accounts

August 11, 2017 by Brian from United States

I have been an active member of the Univox community for several years and it used to be good. Recently they have changed their security measures so that if they feel a specific ISP network is not secure, they will block access from that entire network and close accounts for every Univox member that used that network even though those individual users did nothing wrong. Then you have to beg to get paid for any rewards that are still owed to you after your account is randomly closed.

Update August 10, 2017: Univox has responded that my account is still available if i use another network. That is absolutely not true, I have tried other networks that are not blocked and get the following message: "Your account does not exist". I had previously contacted Univox support about this message and they stated because I had accessed Univox from a network they blocked my account had been closed and we are not able to reactivate your account.

Survey Points

August 10, 2017 by Cheryl from United States

The 5 point disqualification should be banned. If I don't qualify for the survey, I should get the 5 points. It is hard enough to do their surveys. Sometimes, I had done a survey, then qualified and complete the survey. The screen "Thank You" would appear sometimes would not return to the Univox page. Therefore, I lost points on the survey I just finished. Now, once I get close to redeeming my points, I quit this site.
