Instantly Redeem Your Points for Rewards
Members of SmileCity currently have a few cash out options such as PayPal, instantly cashing out and receiving a Flexi eGift Card, or donating your points to charity. Flexi eGift cards are essentially many gift cards in one; use it to get gift cards from multiple retailers. When you have just 1,100 points in your account, you can request a $10 gift card. Gift card options include iTunes, Myer and David Jones gift cards. Save up your points and redeem them for a higher denomination gift card, which can be as high as $100. Instantly receive your e-mailed Flexi card immediately after requesting it.
Alternatively, donate your points to a charity of your choice. Make a donation with as little as 1,200 points in your account, and help a great cause!
SmileCity Loyalty Status
With the SmileCity Loyalty Status program, earn even more if you take surveys consistently. The program has 5 categories that are measured by points. If you have over 2,500 points (i.e. you are a silver member) you will receive a points bonus of survey points at the end of each week. The bonuses are as follows:
- Bronze (500 Points) - No Benefit
- Silver (2,500 Points) - 2.5% Bonus
- Gold (5,000 Points) - 5% Bonus
- Platinum (10,000 Points) - 7.5% Bonus
- Platinum Plus (8,000 Points per year) - 10% Bonus
Note: to qualify for a higher loyalty status level, you must accumulate the required points total from surveys that you complete. Points that you earn from any other sources, including surveys that you do not fully complete, do not count towards your qualifying total.
Win a share of the $2,000 yearly cash prize. Once you sign up to join SmileCity, you are entered into the Sweepstakes. Earn more entries by reading emails or completing short surveys. New winners are announced every year.
More Than Just Surveys

Been with these guys for many years and always had regular surveys every week sometimes every day but have not had one single survey invite for over a year now so today I logged in to my account and all my points have disappeared!!!...I have also found this has happened with other similar sites that Survey Sampling International run. I have done nothing to warrant my accounts being terminated to my knowledge so it would be nice to know what the hell is going on.

They were good when first started but now they ignore you. If you have points - good luck redeeming them- aka not going to happen. DO NOT JOIN THIS ONE

I Joined Smilecity when it first started and did very well with them, managed to redeem lots.
But the last time I tried to redeem $31 from them they banned me. And it looks like lots of other people also have been banned for trying to redeem cash So be very careful of them.

Like many other users of both SmileCity and MyOpinions, out of the blue, after years of membership, I am unable to log in, with a message about my account being terminated due to a breach in their terms and conditions.
It's either a system issue, or the company running these sites is going under. Either way, they have yet to respond to any of my e-mails.
