Awful! BEWARE

May 6, 2016 by Laura from United States

This survey site sucks! Issue #1 - I get e-mails everyday with links to surveys where half of them don't work! when I log into their site and click on the surveys that show up, I get error on page messages.
Issue #2 - You have to enter a lot of data over and over just to get qualified for a survey. Could take up to 20 or 30 minutes just to get qualified.
Issue #3 - The pay that they give for the long surveys is also very minimal compared to other survey sites. They also lie about the survey times on their site. They take much longer than indicated. For example a 20 minute survey is often only worth 50 cents. At my calculation that is $1.50 cents an hour. Minimum wage is over $7.00 per hour.
Issue #4 - Many times I have been into what I think has been a survey for over 20 minutes then get a message indicating that I am not qualified for the survey. What the heck! I gave them 20 minutes of answering very specific questions (not just general qualifying questions). Questions that are absolutely survey questions on all other sites, only to be told that I do not qualify for the survey and am not getting paid. This has happened on many occasions. The only reason that I have kept doing their surveys is that you can't get paid out until you get to $20 and I am only at $15. I have spent probably about 50 hours getting to the $15. I am at the point where I have decided it is better to cut my losses and let them keep the measly $15 and cancel my subscription so I don't receive anymore of their ridiculous e-mails for surveys.
Issue #5 - I requested a password reset and was sent a new password. I was able to login to the site with the new password, but when I got in was not able to change it to something else. I thought, OK, I'll just keep track of it, not so bad. WRONG! It seems to expire, so every day, I have to keep requesting a new password. This site is so unprofessional.

I am a member of quite a few other survey sites that are wonderful and don't put you thru the crap that this one does. They also pay much better. Don't waste your time with this company. They are so not worth it.

Lots of surveys, but some issues

November 15, 2015 by Sharon from United States

Ok, I signed up because they are associated with Cint, however, they are pretty much unlike any other Cint panel I've ever been a part of. The site is definitely different than a usual Cint site, and even though it has a page for current surveys, there are never any listed there. All my surveys have been strictly through email invites... The site has a running tally on it of your money. When you want to withdraw, the minimum is $20, (unlike most Cint panels.) I haven't cashed out yet, so I'm not sure if they pay immediately like other Cint panels and if I do decide to continue and do cash out eventually, I'll revise this and say whether it was immediate or I had to wait. It looks like they only pay through Paypal, which is a plus for me.

When I signed up, I got a $1 for filling out the profiling surveys.

Within the 1st 3 days of joining, I got over 100 emails, each being a survey invite. I can expect 20-40 separate email invites every day usually, which is really annoying to me. So, like Global Test Market, its quantity, not quality. You can do a lot of surveys, but you also screen out of a heck of a lot of them too, so I'm not really sure it's the most efficient use of your surveying time.

Each survey is worth $1, but the invites don't say what amount of time they're supposed to take. The surveys send me through the Samplicio.us router, and one was a vehicle survey from Morpace that would've taken me over a half hour to fill out -- and only for $1. So, when you do actually qualify for a survey, you have to really think about if it's worth only $1 or not.

All in all, if you like GTM for surveys then this panel will be a walk in the park for you. I personally can't stand it when a panel doesn't tell you honestly ahead of time, how long a survey will be, and I also don't like having to be dq'd from 30 screeners, before I get to a survey I can actually qualify for, so I'm not really thrilled about it.

Excellent

Am a few dollars away from cashing out on a first time payment ;) :). SurveyEveryone.com recommended.

Spammed my computer

December 10, 2013 by Michael from United States

Haven't completed one survey out of the many they sent and in the background it spams your computer with a gold silver bronze deal and I had to run my anti virus after them so I stopped doing their surveys since of this issue

Pathetic

HaHa, I couldn't even fill out the "profiler" on this useless site, Don't waste your time. (nothing saves, errors everwhere! Is this a JOKE site?)
