Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

I did surveys for SurveySpot for over 2 years, and I had no problems with them. Now, suddenly, their customer service really sucks!

I had trouble with a survey 2 months ago and, after a few weeks of going back and forth with them, I was finally told that it was sent to management for a review and that I would be notified when management sees my complaint. After not hearing from them for weeks, I asked them about the status of my case. Now, I'm being told that the survey is no longer available. Well--DUH!--I already knew that; all I wanted was for my issue to be looked into, which apparently it never was. Needless to say, I canceled my account with them, after getting tired of getting the run-around.

Was great in 2006 when I join but now since SSI took over I've been suspended, flagged and terminated more times then I can count! They even blocked my IP address to ignore me.

Not only is it very hard to qualify for surveys they dont give you any points if you are disqualified. Other survey sites give you at least 5 points for trying.
Also even BEFORE you get to a survey to take you must answer at least 10 questions that dont have anything to do with anything. Why cant they just take you to a survey in the first place ? Very annoying site. All these years and I only have 380 points. I need 1000 points for a lousy 10.00 to paypal. Another 2 years before I get there. Why bother?.....

I wish I had this information before I registered with SurveySpot. I have been unable to cash in my points or get a response to my numerous emails. If I could give them no starts, I would. Don't waste your time with them.

Went into my account today, and found out another one of my survey accounts have been frozen. This is the 3rd account that has been frozen. My other accounts were with ipoll, and opinion outpost and they're all operated by Survey Sampling International. No one will give you an explanation as to why the accounts have been frozen. I will never waste my time with anything by Survey Sampling again.
