Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

Survey Spot is owned by Survey Sampling who also owns Opinion Outpost. Since purchasing these companies, they drastically reduced Survey payouts. Plus you MUST take a 10 -15 question survey (for free) before they let you take the survey [every survey]. Do not EVER update your personal info or email address because they will freeze your account. I cancelled my account today [11/27/16] after being a member over 10 years.

I was a member of surveyspot for a couple years., I am the only one who used it & only my personal email was registered to my account. Last month the froze my account due to data concerns. After sending multiple emails I got the response that more than 2 emails were registered & in use for my account. I asked for verification of which emails they had & when they were being used for surveys. And also to receive payment for the surveys I have already done. 2 weeks later, 3 emails & still no response. If you check the internet they have really ramped up freezing accounts lately, with no explanation.

This panel lies about the length of the survey, has long pre survey qualifying, kicks you out of surveys after 10 to 30 minutes saying you do not qualify after gathering all of your info, low compensation. Definitely NOT worth your time.

This used to be a very active site with a lot of surveys. Most I did not qualify for and got screened out of, but I was still making a little money. I have not had any surveys this year at all and tonight if found they have frozen my account due to "data concerns". Don't waste your time with this one.

I was able to register with the site, did a few surveys, but when our town changed the zip code from 85223 to 85123. I went on the site to update info stuff and message say's zip code is not recognizable, okay fine. I email them to let them know about the zip code change. Please go back and sign in and on the registration page update zip code to the older one.
Done, now that one was no good. I called them to let them know. I got the rudest broad on the phone. "Go down to the post office, put in a change of address form" No, I am not going to do that for a survey site" I was all ready receiving surveys from your site" That's not our problem" Talk about rude, good gawd. I let her know. Then I complained over her head, got 10.00, unsubscribed and now I feel a whole lot better. No, do not sign up for the site.
