They never replied to any of my reports i sent about their error survey (i doubt if their email is working or read my email), has "processing" survey payment that I dont know when will they give to me. At first i like it, they payed, then it started error like PENDING PAYMENT (mine since November), error survey (error/stop at the end of survey), no any support for complaining. So doing survey with surveytime is like 50-50, even when u are finish it, they can forget to pay u.

Completed a survey 17/12 at 10pm time in my country but was not re-directed to my redeem $1 page. Emailed numerous times with proof, even complained on twitter. No response to date. Customer assistance non-existent as you do not even get a reply. Not sure how they are considered 'legit' if you do not get paid for all surveys completed. Next I will complain to the Market Research Association.

I have been experiencing constant problems lately. I completed a lot of surveys, it shows congratulations survey successfully completed but when it routes back to surveytime for credit they pop up with sorry you have been unable to complete the survey. I do not rush through them and I always provide clear detailed responses. I'm tired of spending 20 or more minutes to get ripped off at the end. I've emailed then many times and never get an answer.
