I use to have no problems with Test spin. I was a member for about a year before i really started not liking them. I waste 20 minutes in a survey to be disqualified, and the ones i do qualify for they have not paid me for and i try to contact them and they told me they dont have record of the surveys i do. I would not recommend this survey place.

I've been with Testspin for a number of years and have yet to get a page that says I've finished. I never qualify even after I know the survey is finished. I emailed them once about 1 I knew was completed and they said yes this survey had troubles and I would be compensated. That was last year and I haven't. Don't waste your time. They're collecting their information and not paying off.

I get about 6 or so surveys a day from them. Out of the 42 or so surveys a week, one of them may actually be legit, as in- no error message, or survey already closed even though I just sent it to you 6 seconds ago. Oh, don't worry, that one, you won't qualify for it. It is exhausting opening their e-mails. I contacted customer service and was told it was not their fault. Well, whose fault is it exactly then, the tooth fairy'?

I get more surveys from this company than from any other survey company. However, I get an error message for 95% of the surveys they send me (eg. "We're sorry. This survey is only for people in a different country!") I've contacted them many times and get the same automated response but the problem is never fixed. I also have never seen another survey company besides this one that will send me a survey and ten minutes into it (after I've answered all the questions) tell me that I don't qualify for it. Stay away from this company!!!
