20/20 Panel is an online survey panel which has been conducting online surveys since 1986. 20/20 Research conducts online surveys as well as real time focus groups in an online chatroom environment. They compensate their panel members with cash rewards in exchange for their survey or focus group participation.

Earn Points for Your Opinion

Taking quick surveys on the 20/20 panel will allow you to accrue points to redeem gift cards. You can even earn gift cards for participating in online discussions, chats, and web meetings. Surveys are usually short, but online discussions can take up to 90 minutes to complete.

Signing up is as easy as filling out an online profile. The more information you can provide, the more likely you will be matched with surveys or discussion-based studies.

Types of Studies

20/20 Panel offers a variety of studies that offer points as well as cash rewards:

• Surveys only
• Surveys + online chat interviews
• Online discussions
• Online web cam discussions
• In-person studies (you must be in Nashville TN, Charlotte NC or Miami FL to participate in in-person panels)

Redeem Your Rewards

You can begin to redeem your rewards from surveys once you reach 500 points ($5.00). Discussion-based studies have incentives that range from $50-$300 should you qualify or choose to participate. The cash for discussion based studies comes in the form of a virtual or physical gift card. You decide which you would prefer to receive, which may take 7-10 business days to process.

It can be hard to qualify, but their studies are interesting and not too demanding. The incentives are pretty good and they don't take forever to pay.

I have had 2 qualifications in 1 year. Have been told they do not like to select the same people w/in 7 months of their last participation. Questions are lengthy and repetitive so plan on that, but the two I have taken paid about $25 per hour. That's good spending money for me and I put forth my best effort so that I may qualify again. Took 2 weeks for the first survey to pay and I just finished the second so I can't say on that one how long it will take. My suggestion on payment is to request a physical card when you get the chance because trying to use the online credit card code with the leftovers, say you have $6.42, is hard to find something to spend it on with shipping and all. You deserve to be able to spend the entire amount of what you earned. I read reviews saying they call you once and that may be true but fortunately I was home both times and both times they called me within 20 minutes of clicking "submit" to the survey. Keep trying!

I've participated in all kinds of fascinating studies already, both online and a couple times at their professional offices. The level of detail and insight they gather is really impressive. And I love that there's such flexibility - take surveys on my laptop whenever I have some free time, or visit a location when I'm out running errands.

Qualifying is no problem at all. With thousands of diverse studies, there's something for everyone. I just complete any prescreens promptly when they notify me, and I'm good to go. If I happen to miss one, no biggie - there's always more around the corner.

The rewards motivation helps too! I've already scored some sweet gift cards for sharing my opinions. And I'm pumped about the new online redemption feature so I can choose my prize right away.

As for my data, I totally trust 20/20 Focus Group to keep it secure. They would never share anything without permission, that's obvious from their professionalism.

Overall, this is a one-stop shop to make your voice matter. I've discovered so many insider perspectives, and get rewarded just for being myself! If you're looking for a uniquely satisfying experience, 20/20 Focus Group is the way to go.
