AnswerPoints Survey Panel

Panel members are asked questions and are rewarded with points they can use to redeem for Amazon e-vouchers and more. Surveys help brands and companies improve on products and offerings and your opinions help make the brands you love even better!

Completing Surveys

The number of surveys sent will vary month to month. The more surveys you complete, the more Answerpoints you’ll receive which you can redeem for various rewards. When you receive a survey invitation, you will be informed of the amount of Answerpoints you stand to gain as well as the amount of time you have to complete the survey (usually within a few days).

Choose your Favorite Rewards

AnswerPoints rewards their members generously - you could get your first reward from only participating in 3 or 4 surveys! For each survey you complete, you will be awarded with “Answerpoints” which can be used towards three unique rewards options:

  • Amazon.co.uk e-vouchers (500 points = £5 e-voucher)
  • Charity donations to Macmillian Cancer Support (500 points = £5 donation)
  • Prize draw entries into: £250 worth of supermarket and Highstreet vouchers, the latest technology and gadgets, concert tickets and much more! (50 points = 1 entry)

Collect Answerpoints

The number of Answerpoints you collect is based on the length of survey as well as how many surveys you complete. Some surveys are credited once you finish the survey; others may take a few days or up to 8 weeks to credit your account, as some surveys need to close before all points are awarded.

Answer surveys and get rewarded with valuable Answerpoints! Most surveys are award 50 -150 Answerpoints each for a 15-30 minute survey (which translates to approximately £1.50). However, if you complete a long and complex survey, you can receive up to 1000 Answerpoints for your time. Once you reach £5 (500 Answerpoints) you can begin to redeem your rewards.

Extra Rewards

Don’t forget that when you first register with AnswerPoints you will be automatically awarded 50 answer points for completing the online registration process. Just a little something to help start you off right!

No stars if possible i would rate!

I joined just the answer in may 2014 it took 3-4 months to get my first surveys rewarded for my first £5 then it took another 5 months to get my next £5 after completing alot of surveys

From febuary this year i've completed quite alot of surveys all which say they will take 4-8 weeks to credit from "cint" which we all know usually credit instantly on cints side, i had their monthly survey to ask how they were doing and recieved 50 points although then their customer service have revoked that by 25points because they felt like it.

their surveys are 99% broken and i report it everytime with constant surveys that are looped or have pages with no buttons or pictures, and their technical team can't find any issues so it must be my high spec computer or my 50mbps internet connection (sarcasm)

So far i've been waiting since febuary for about £10 worth of surveys to credit but nope none of them have credited yet only the surveys that have been completed through their own aurora platform and everytime i contact i just get fobbed off with either i never completed those surveys or there's been technical difficulties.

I've even referred friends and recieved no credit and now when i check their referral option its not working.

I would highly recomend that people stay away from this site as it's ok if you want to complete alot of surveys and never get paid for the majority of them, their customer support is 1 person called julia who is either a real person or a generic name to make you think your dealing with just 1 person.

Once i get paid from the last bulk of surveys i've done with them hopefully within the next centuary i will be closing my account with them although i think i will have to just delete their emails until the surveys i've completed actually credit.

15 mins and paid NOTHING

I spent 15 minutes filling in a survey, then they kicked me off and paid me NOTHING. Waste of time.

WASTE OF TIME

Takes about TWO YEARS to earn £5 - they send stupid surveys for which I (nor anyone else by the looks of them) qualify for and the paltry rewards are absolutely pathetic.
AT LAST tried to claim £5 Amazon Voucher and was told they had run out of them! - took 5 days for them to reply with some sort of ludicrous excuse, ie. they have so many claims for them, they cannot keep up! Oh, yeah? More like they have so few claimants, they have to wait for enough people to earn ANYTHING in order to make an order viable OR, THEY have no funds, or both!
Finally redeemed my £5 voucher today and have ceased to be a member!
My advice? keep well away - worth neither your time or effort.

no surveys

I joined this 6 months ago and after 3 months of receiving no surveys decided to cancel my account.

Don't join

February 2, 2017 by Wendy from United Kingdom

Have been waiting for an Amazon voucher worth a mere £5 since mid October 2016. It still hasn't arrived and the company don't answer emails! I have repeatedly chased and get NO response.

Would recommend joining different survey sites and avoiding this one like the plague.
