"5 Surveys" Has sent me 3 Amazon gift cards all with the exact same Bogus USED Claim Code numbers. They have all the information possible and now they require a non-existent Screen Shot and claim I have not sent them the information requested. I have emailed "5 Surveys" several times as well as "Tremendous" the company that supposedly sends out their rewards. They have Not Paid me anything. I've sent them all the information several times. Seems like *5 Surveys just does NOT PAY.

...I joined the panel a few months ago and quickly realized it is a sibling of Prime Opinion. I completed 2 sets of 5 surveys for $10. After starting another set of 5 surveys, I completed 4 and then it took me 2 weeks before I just completed the 5th survey to cash out to PayPal.
Since it is associated with Prime Opinion, I'll just complete the surveys on that website from now on.

They let you make a small amount and that's it no more survey qualifications.

PRO:
This site is pretty straightforward to use.
The concept of 5 surveys for $5 is a pretty good module as you can choose the length of the surveys you want to take.
Costumer Service does reply within 24 hours.

CONS:
There are too many system errors from this provider which result in unpaid credit, this could be due to the survey screening out even at the end of the 30-minute survey, or due to a system error, and 5Reviews takes 0 responsibility for it.
The customer service replies to this issue are too generic, if they admit that the Client causes some review errors they still do NOT credit you.
Under their policy, they specify the following; You may earn Coins as follows: Survey Attempt: Occasionally, you may earn Coins for each survey you qualify for and do not complete. Coins awarded for such survey attempts are credited voluntarily by 5 Surveys on a case-by-case basis.
Yet they fail to uphold their policies, which I am not sure if it is even legal.

Use at your own risk, even though the system is designed to make at least $20 to $30 x day, you may end up only with $5 if you are lucky enough!

I also completed 4 surveys rather quickly and now they seem to be offering me more, but I screen out of all of them. I didn't see anything about being on the Australian versus US site. I'll have to look more closely if I ever get to complete a 5th survey.
