Well Gratis have decided to close - let's hope they pay out for all outstanding surveys , and rewards already claimed before they close.

like so many other reviewers , it takes for ever for points to be added, some were over 2 months old and still pending.

Rewards are a joke, you get 1 US cent per point and when converted to British pounds you always loose out : it is a battle to get this corrected , and I have experienced, what I consider to be, rude and ill-considered emails from the support centre. It always seems to be a technical problem , but how someone writing an email that contains incorrect facts and supporting documents is "technical" is beyond me - or are they staffed by robots!!!

If you complain they ignore you and you need to repeatedly chase - the complaining takes more time than it does to complete a survey!!!

Other survey companies that I experienced are excellent - higher rewards and virtually instant payouts - I claim Amazon vouchers from 1 site and get the voucher, generally within a couple of minutes of claiming- Gratis Points - you could learn a lesson form others.

I would like to give zero stars but unfortunately that does not seem possible.

I have been a member of Gratis Points for about a year now. Every week I would complete couple of surveys. The acceptance rate is very low, often, you have to start 6-8 surveys to be accepted for one. Its a waste of time as very often the survey will let you know of rejection after 5 to 10 minutes into it. It happened that I wasted half an hour without being accepted for a single survey. Second issue is that once you complete the survey you have to wait many weeks for the points to go through. Finally, I managed to collect 2300 points (minimum redemption threshold). I was expecting my £23 and thinking once I get it I leave as its too much effort (£23 in a year!!! after so many hours of filling the surveys is a joke). Then I received my voucher but it was £13. It turned out that 2300 gives you 23$ not £ (23$ = £13). You can imagine my anger - £13 for a year of filling survey few hours a week. There is no information that rewards are in dollars. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND A WASTE OF TIME.

The fact that I have been a member of this survey panel for quite sometime now, it was extremely disappointing to watch and experience their decline as a reliable and beneficial panel for its membership. I receive very few surveys these days and the cashout level with Paypal is now at 50.00 dollars. If you have any problems with a survey or reward, their Customer Service does not reply to your emails.
I gave them every opportunity to correct their errors and survey problems, but they do not seem to care anymore about their panelists. There are better panels out there, and I am done with wasting my time with GratisPoints!

I decided to stop doing surveys because they keep on saying that my survey wasn't satisfactory but then I got huge influx of junk mail for no reason. They obviously sold my email! trust the other reviews guys, Gratispoints are rubbish!!

For a start GRATIS means FREE, doesn't it? So for a start that is a misnomer straight away, as, are they actually giving you something for nothing - YOU'LL BE LUCKY IF YOU RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A SURVEY YOU HAVE FILLED OUT as they appear to to dissolve on the last page when it comes to submission!
I regularly receive invitations but VERY, VERY rarely get to fill in a survey, as they have closed or have not even been there.

Have belonged to it for ONE YEAR and have 750 points - 1525 are needed to cash out so I could be dead before I reach the thresh-hold!

They, I think, belong to Survey Head, which has changed its name to Ipoll.com.com which is so, so but that really is a long hard slog to earn anything with duff surveys, or you are unable to submit the final page for credit. You should be so lucky to receive a reply from either of their so-called Customers Services - joke!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH EITHER OF THEM IS MY ADVICE.
