I'm not sure if I will continue to do GratisPoints it takes forever to get enough points to cash out and then when you do it takes 6-8 weeks to receive your reward

When I joined about a year ago they were ok but still very slow and I got the reward for the 2300 points after a few months. But for months now I've had all the surveys on the dashboard been closed every single time and the only good thing about their customer service is that they reply (if that). I've emailed the address they give you which is the same as Ipoll and they just give repetitive general answers, telling me to use Firefox or IE9 when I told them I AM using Firefox.
Their responses are so impersonal and unhelpful it's like they're trying to wind you up, I've actually replied to them 2 or 3 times now and whatever I say they always reply with the exact same general answer like they don't even read it.

There are usually a lot of surveys but I get screened out of 99% of them. Sometimes I don't even get to answer a screening question, it just screens me out after I click on a survey link.

I've had a couple of payouts from them. What I especially like is that they give you a token amount for screen outs, which is better than a slap in the face or a dubious prize draw entry.

Update: They now seem to have got rid of the token screen out payment in favour of a dubious ipad entry and their survey's appear to be taking longer for the same reward. Rating revised accordingly.

Some of the surveys are a bit long winded and screen outs are sometimes a pain, but on the whole worth it.

You do receive the odd invite but I find that if I log in then more surveys are available.

Update:

Things appear to be slipping with increasing screenouts and technical errors. I have revised my score accordingly.

I decided to stop doing surveys because they keep on saying that my survey wasn't satisfactory but then I got huge influx of junk mail for no reason. They obviously sold my email! trust the other reviews guys, Gratispoints are rubbish!!
