Time for the Better Business Bureau

June 8, 2023 by Jim from United States

Inbox Dollars has stopped paying me for the Paid e-mails. They continue to send them to me, along with other offers but no payments. I tried to contact by e-mail, Customer Service and phone to no avail. I am hoping the BBB can get through to them

Well I got an answer to the situation. Apparently Inbox Dollars has switched its program to be giving out "Scratch and Win" instead of Cash for the Paid E-mails. Scratch and Win is basically a sweepstakes and since the odds of winning any such contests are almost nothing, Inbox Dollars is making money on the Paid E-mail clicks and giving "a chance" to win, which lets face it most people will not win. Tacky, very tacky way for Inbox Dollars to make more money. I will keep the star rating at .5 since this is a tacky and cheap tactic, but at least courtesy of the BBB I did get an answer.

Does not pay

April 5, 2023 by Charles from United States

Inbox Dollars does pay a single penny. I've earned 30 dollars. It took me a month to earn it. Doing surveys and playing games. And when I try to withdraw your earnings from Inbox Dollars you get nothing. They have no customer service. The phone number is out of order and they don't return emails. SURVEY POLICE !! CAN YOU HELP !!!! Charles G. 4/42023

Screwed-worst customer service

January 6, 2023 by jack from United States

I had enough points to cash out. SO did request for paypal. Asked to verify phone and send code. Then says that number in use. I signed up recently and they had no issue. Then try to get hold of them, so much bs to deter you. And contact on Facebook they blow you off. Said they are Better Business Bureau Accredited. Wonder how long ago and if was really updated.

Trouble cashing out

October 19, 2022 by Cheryl from United States

My first negative review and not happy about having to do one. Finally have enough to cash out and looks like a new roadblock put up. I have never had a problem cashing with InboxDollars before. You pick what card you want and request...I picked PayPal. Instead of sending me to PayPal to verify my account there, put up a request for me to enter phone# to get SMS message. Did that and up pops cannot verify since number already in use. Ummm ya it is....by me!!!! Sent ticket to staff and get a request to send in copy of a government ID so can make sure it's me. NOT HAPPENING!!! Same problem with signing up for offers...want verifying with phone #....same message. Their other site Swagbucks doing same thing. Left my points there and deleted account. I hope others can get around this without providing more data than they need on these sites.

Will Not Payout-Account Deactivation

July 26, 2022 by sam from United States

After being a member for a few months, I finally figured out how they work. I was just on the way towards meeting my daily goal each day (which they hate apparently), and had cashed out 10$. I had another 7$ on the account also. Without warning they up and deleted my account claiming I violated the terms.

Apparently the terms are to not make more than 10$ every 6 months imo. God forbid you work to turn that into 20 or 25 each month instead with endless clicking and other mindless tasks. Considering they pay less in general than their sister sites for similar activities, its a wonder they took such issue with this site? I thought this particular company was legitimate. Like others have said, must be going down soon. Just farming for activity or information with hopes you never, or rarely, cash out imo. Best not to waste your time or energy.
