Closed My Account Also....

November 10, 2014 by Bridgette from United States

"Qualifying" For Surveys Was Very Slow Going. When I Had Neared The $25 Pay Pal Cash Out I Discovered(They Didn't Tell Anyone)They Had Raised The Pay Pal Cash Out So I Had To Wait Even Longer. When I Went To Cash Out They Told Me They Were Attaching A 3% Processing&Handling Fee.I Emailed Them And Asked Them Why On Earth Would They Do That And They Gave No Reason. The Email Reply Just Restated That They Would Be Taking The Fee.When I Logged In To Close My Account There Was $2&Change On The Balance But After So Long I Closed My Account Anyway.I Am Moving On To Sites That Pay.People Need To Remember That Even If We Don't Qualify For Surveys They Still Get Tons Of Free Info On The Pre-Qualifying Questions And We Deserve To Be Paid For Our Info.Less Then $35 For Almost 2 Years Of Our Time And Info Isn't Right.

transaction fee. invalid surveys

August 4, 2013 by Christian from Germany

Some weeks after my order of paypal payment I got the message that 3% will be deducted as a fee. I did not know that before.
I got a survey 3 times which included installation of an app on mobile. each time the amont was cancelled weeks later. I fullfilled the task completely and can exclude that i did anything wrong. also I did not answer questions in a rush because i understand that its not accepted. Sometimes I get the feeling that they mark surveys as invalid just to save money. If you ask them, they feel not responsible, its their "partners" and this would just mean that u did not meet mean the criteria. strange after a 30-60 minutes lasting survey and the promise

The Last Straw!

July 31, 2012 by Laura from United States

Now I'm not too upset when survey firms disqualify me after a minute or two, but i think disqualified me after 30 minutes! I actually gave them all the information they needed and they don't want to pay. Communication with their survey support team is pathetic. I was just this short of being called a "liar" by the Rep. And it's not the first time it has happened - you have to fight for every penny here, and it isn't worth it - they pretty much scam you. There are much better sites than this one - don't waste your time!

iThink changed their site to Surveyhead

July 3, 2011 by Michelle from United States

I had a balance of $24.75, .25 shy of cashing out. Imagine my surprise when I logged on today to see that it looks now amazingly like a Surveyhead site, and imagine how stunned I was to see that my balance was ZERO. They ought to be ashamed and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau! DO NOT JOIN! They will rip you off too. It took me over a year to get to almost $25, only to have my money disappear.

Few Surveys - No Incentives

January 12, 2011 by Sandra from United States

Receive maybe 2-3 surveys per year and have never received a dime from them. They enter you in some contest, whether you qualify for money or not - doubt it is for real. The last survey I completed said I would receive $2.00 by mail. I forgot about it until today - logged in and it said I was not eligible for an incentive on anything I had completed. Waste of time!
