Tons of Ways to Earn and Win

LiveTribe has multiple ways to gain points or win prizes beyond just filling out surveys. These include:

• Competitions (monthly and gaming)
• $5000 Giveaway Sweepstakes + 5 x $1000 Sweepstakes draws (almost any action you take on the site gains you an entry)
• Social Media (follow LiveTribe for surprise contests on social media)
• Profile Completion (complete your profile for 750 points)
• Forums and Polls (engage with members and even suggest topics and polls. If they are published you receive 1,000 points!)

Extensive Reward Offerings

With LiveTribe, members can choose a reward that suits them most out of a large variety of options. Rewards include e-vouchers for Amazon, DealsDirect, Flight Centre, iTunes, Woolworths, and others, or you can choose to receive your rewards as cash via PayPal or EFTPOS money cards. Receiving rewards take anywhere between 5 days to 8 weeks, depending on the reward you have chosen. Note that some rewards carry extra costs for LiveTribe and extra points will be deducted to cover this. An example would be EFTPOS vouchers.

LiveTribe Points and Conversions

The reward conversion is 740 points for $1.00. Most surveys taken pay between 700 to 1,100 points, however some special surveys can pay as high as 4,000 points! The minimum payout is $10 or 7,400 points and rewards normally take 15 to 30 days to be processed and delivered. There are some exceptions, such as PayPal deposits which start at a minimum of $25.

Giving Back to your Community

Instead of using your points to collect rewards, consider using them towards a local community cause! LiveTribe believes it is important to combine research with charity activities, and as a result, thousands of points each year are donated to great causes. Each month there is a rotating charity that has a local community issue focus.

Refer Friends for More Rewards

Share the fun of LiveTribe with your friends and get rewarded. Each time you successfully refer a friend and they complete three surveys, you will be awarded 1,000 bonus points.

I redeemed my points for a PayPal cash credit three months ago, but they cancelled my redemption. Then I redeemed for a $50 GiftPay voucher, but I'm still waiting more than 2 months (payment threshold), and the voucher hasn't reached me. It's been more than a month since I got a survey invitation. Most of the time, I can't login to my account and get multiple warning messages. If I log in, then on Dashboard, most of the links print some debug messages, and pages are not shown. I emailed about the issues I am facing and about my reward redemptions, but I got no reply. I invested so many hours in their surveys, so I must get my reward, and once I get it, I will definitely delete my account.

I have been a member of LiveTribe for more than 3 years and have collected more than 2 lakh points. I made my first redemption 4 months ago, a $20 Giftpay voucher, which was not honored. After that, I made some more redemptions for PayPal deposits and EFTPOS gift cards; nothing was honored. My 3 years of effort were completely wasted. Customer support is a disaster; numerous times I tried to contact them but received no response.

Almost all surveys are not mobile-friendly, but the LiveTribe website was mobile-friendly before, and I managed my account on my mobile. Now the website is not mobile-friendly, and most of the functions are not working. 12 weeks ago, I claimed my points for a $50 gift voucher, which was not honored. I made multiple attempts to get a reply from customer support, but there was no result. LiveTribe has gone bad. How long will this company run by avoiding its members and their claims?

I made two $50 PayPal reward redemptions three months ago, and both are still not honored. Their website has frequent programming and server issues, and after completing two surveys, reward points were not added to my account. I complained to their customer service through email, but those points were also not added. Also, they haven't replied to any of my emails. I am doubtful this company is legitimate. I wasted my time and effort for nothing.

At first, I thought I shouldn't waste my time by posting a review on this site. Then I thought it might be useful to someone. Lucky for me, I did only surveys to collect 15650 points for a minimum reward redemption of a $20 GiftPay voucher, which I redeemed. I know it's a complete waste of my time if they don't send me the voucher after 2 months of waiting, and in that time I do other surveys. I waited two months, but they didn't send me the voucher. I sent them a couple of emails, but there was no reply or sign of sending me the voucher, so I left. For me, it was a complete waste of time.
