Extensive Reward Offerings

With LiveTribe, members can choose a reward that suits them most out of a large variety of options. The reward conversion is 740 points for $1.00. Most surveys taken pay between 700 to 1,100 points, however some special surveys can pay as high as 4,000 points! The minimum payout is $10 or 7,400 points and rewards normally take 15 to 30 days to be processed and delivered. There are some exceptions, such as PayPal deposits which start at a minimum of $25.

LiveTribe itself tells you that your personal data is not safe with them.

Recently, PureProfile acquired LiveTribe from iLink. LiveTribe is now welcoming its members with the below warning. I have seen this warning message in the member area for a while, and I faced the same issue a couple of times, and they haven't fixed this issue yet. How do we trust these people and spend our valuable time on their surveys?

We are currently experiencing a minor technical glitch that may inadvertently redeem points or unsubscribe accounts without member initiation. Serious security breach... Personal data is not safe.

According to a mail dated July 8, 2024 from LiveTribe, a new company acquired LiveTribe. Without any consent from the members of Livetribe, they sold all members entire personal data to the new company. With the old company itself, members personal data was not safe at all, and for each issue related to a data security breach, they say "minor technical glitch, and we are actively working to resolve this issue." But always, the issue will be there, and they are not bothered. They always handle sensitive data very carelessly, never pay reward redemptions, and are money-minded. I don't want to keep my personal data with these companies and want to delete it from their server, but they only offer unsubscribing from their site.

forum flagging

I am a bit disappointed with the site in general, or perhaps I should say the forum part of this site. I recently took part in several topics of discussion, and used a common Aussie word about the topic we were discussing. My remarks were flagged as offensive by someone else on the forum and they were removed, along with several other comments I had made on other topics. I emailed Live Tribe about it, and got a reply saying that my remarks were flagged by another member as offensive, and that Live Tribe removed the comments I made as offensive?? I have just posted the entire email I received from them in reply to my asking about my missing posts, and no doubt they will now revoke my membership. I also posted the reply from them into the topic of discussion for all others to read, and am now waiting for them to cancel my membership or ban me from the forum.
Has anyone else had a similar issue on this site?

17.05.2024 - Have just received email supposedly from Live Tribe saying my account is suspended due to several active accounts?? I was asked to forward screenshot of drivers license, passport or any other document to verify my name etc., as well as my email address...I p have sent email request to them for help, but haven't heard anything back yet ...Is this or has anyone else received a similar email from any surveys sites asking for this type of information from users?? Please advise..

Two months past now for payment of my $50 and no money forthcoming, email from support - "Hello Arthur, - (not even my real name)

Still getting invites to survey, but not doing any, and have again requested advice re payment to paypal, still waiting for reply, but not holding my breathe - again !!

01.0702024 - Still no sign of the missing reward PayPal payment despite the email saying - "Hi there,

So sorry for the delay in getting your redemption! We've had some restructuring happening on the LiveTribe site and it's caused delays on the 8 week redemption delivery period. According to my accounts dept, we'll have all redemptions made in FY ending 30/6/24 paid on or before the 1st July.

The LiveTribe website is always under maintenance!

What is happening with the LiveTribe website? I can't login to the member area, and I can't attend any surveys either. Most of the time, get the site under maintenance. I'm not sure when they will pay my reward redemptions that I made 10 weeks ago. I am doing surveys for some other companies, but they pay redemptions within a few days.

Untrustworthy

In the very near future, the LiveTribe website will disappear forever, and they will make their members fools. In the last few months or years, the company has become untrustworthy and stopped paying member claims. My two redemptions have been pending for more than three months, and I got a reply after sending numerous emails that they don't have enough funds. Still, they are sending survey invitations and expect me to attend their rubbish surveys.
