Two and a half months with about 10 unanswered emails and the same unanswered calls. I can’t even say it’s bad service because there simply isn’t any. I feel like I’m dealing with some backyard ran setup.

Just received a gift card, but waiting on another. Same problem as Cynthia, Australia.. Error given and no response on contact us. I think they are closed for Xmas/ New Years, but should have a banner saying so.

Avoid at all costs.

Low reward for reviews, slow to earn rewards, slow to pay & only offer 1 brand of gift card being Coles/Myer. You cannot use those gift cards to shop online with any of Coles/Myers store which in the Covid Pandemic are useless.

I have been waiting for my $50 Coles giftcard since August. Just received it so it would take 2 months to get paid. Guess it is better than nothing.

Avoid at all costs. If you want to waste your time doing surveys for NO benefit.
I redeemed points for $170 gift cards 42 days ago and have received nothing. Ignore emails and phone calls. They got back to me once with automated response saying they are working from home due to COVID and cannot answer phone calls and it will take longer to receive gift cards. Seems to me that they are not doing anything from home if they were they would be able to answer phones and post mail. Stop blaming COVID as reviews from years ago state same problems and COVID was not around then. Get your act together. Worst company ever.... i notice that they are still capable of sending out surveys to me though.
