Launched in 2011, MOBROG is a part of Splendid Research GmbH, based in Germany. They help startups, medium-sized and international companies with their market research, helping them learn what their customers want in products, services, and brands. MOBROG has over three million members around the world in over 75 different countries.

Consumers can sign up to MOBROG to voice their opinions and answer surveys about brands and products, but also about politics, dating and relationships, social issues and other fun topics.

Simple Sign-up Process

You can sign up to MOBROG via their website, or by downloading the mobile app from the iOS store or Google Play. The sign-up process takes only a couple of minutes, as you’ll only be asked to provide your name, date of birth, address, and email address. Once you click the link in the confirmation email, you’re ready to start earning points.

Getting More Surveys

The surveys available to you will appear in the main dashboard of the website, and you’ll also receive email notifications when new surveys become available. If you fill out more details about yourself in your profile, you’re likely to be eligible for a greater range of surveys.

On average, surveys pay between $0.50 and $3.00. Most studies will take five to ten minutes to complete. Online surveys that are longer and more complex will generally offer higher compensation. They don't have many surveys and I have never qualified for a survey or made any money. They also close your account.

I tried this survey panel for a month and got very little out of it. Very, Very high screen out and if you do complete a survey and it fails to return you MOBROG for credit, tough!. My interactions with pedantic "Support" revealed that you have to monitor your own survey progress because they have no idea which survey it was, even if you include URL's and screen shots. Of course they don't prepare you for these requirements and are evasive informing you anything more that "when did this happen?" Stay away and save yourself time, stress and aggravation.

completed first survey, no payment made. Subsequently wasted time every day clicking on links to complete surveys. 2 didnt work, 2 kicked me out. despite then completing the other surveys offered, after wasting more time, no payment received. Just not worth the effort.

I was very eager in setting myself up for surveys, when I’m send links to participate. Upon opening the survey links, I’m requested to fill out information that is personal and has nothing to do with any data that was set for my interest via my profile. The system forces me to disclose information that I feel is too personal and then rejects my survey soonest I disclose my gender and race as “male” and “White”. Questions me on the basis if I have warm running water from a geyser application installed, if I’m the sole breadwinner of my household, my gender, age and race domination. This is information I already had provided, yet I’m simply kicked out of the survey with a message that I can no longer partake in the survey due the fact I was unable to disclose certain information, even if the survey provides the right not to choose not to disclose certain criteria. Why is this even an option if the answers you need to provide is enforced. It is as if I disclose my race being white, I’m categorized as privileged and thus not entitled to partake in the survey on equal grounds. Why is this? I had done all that was required, yet I still had no legitimate questioners received based on marketing, product information or the likes. Why send me a link, state that it is a survey, only to find that I’m being forced to repeat disclosed information about myself and then bombed out of my effort upon answering the criteria related to my age, gender and race. I’m not happy with the bulling strive in the way the system forces me to disclose information, mimicked as actual surveys.

The surveys at this site frequently break and the support will not help you even if you have proof you have completed surveys with screenshots. Support is terrible. Avoid this site at all costs, don't waste your time like I did.
