Take Surveys, Earn Points

Surveys generally take between 10-40 minutes. The longer the survey, the more points you stand to gain! For each survey you successfully complete, you will earn between 10-400 points for your participation. 100 points is the equivalent of approximately $1.00.

Redeem Your Points for Flexi eGift Cards

With 1,100 points ($10), in your account, you can request an instant cashout for a Flexi eGift card. These cards can then be converted into other retailer gift cards including Apple, Woolworths, Myer, Coles, Dominoes, Playstaion, David Jones, JB-Hifi, and many more. Flexi eGift card codes are e-mailed and are available in denominations of $10, $20, $50, and $100. The Flexi eGift card should arrive into the email address you provided within 2 working days of the request.

Get Paid By PayPal, Instead

If you prefer to get paid to your PayPal account, when you have 2,000 points in your account, you may request a $20 PayPal payment. With 10,600 points you can request a $100 payment. The processing time for PayPal payments can vary, while Flexi eGift cars are issued immediately after request.

Cash Prize Draws

Sign up and each successful survey completion will give you an entry into the quarterly $5,000 cash prize draw in addition to the points you are credited for the survey. The draw happens quarterly.

Refer-a-Friend Program

Earn up to 500 points for referring friends and family! All your referral has to do is sign up and complete one survey for you to collect your points.

Loyalty Program

MyOpinions offers a Loyalty Status program where as you complete more surveys, you progress to a higher loyalty level. There are currently 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus. The higher your level, the more weekly bonuses on surveys you will receive, up to a maximum of 10%.

This company is supposed to be Australian, but if you look up the ABN it says it was deregistered. They also close accounts for no reason, apart from the generic email saying that you didn't answer a survey accurately. They suspended my account and when I asked for the specific events that led to that they would not say. Be warned they will close your account when they want.

Suspended my account after over 10 years of membership for no reason. Won’t discuss why except to give scripted answers. Now that they and Valued Opinions are owned by the same company they are terrible.

I've previously rated MY OPINIONS highly. For a month now I've experienced ongoing technical issues... and wasted dozens of hours attempting to resolve them. Forget their bot, 'Q'. It's really quite worthless.

This was once an _excellent_ survey site. It's now a complete and utter waste of time and effort.

This is the second time I have had to complain about MyOpinions. The first time I was a platinum member and they just cut my account off for no reason saying I had violated their terms and conditions which was not true. They ended up reactivating my account though. Now I have been paid $10 for a study I did and once it was rewarded to me I no longer receive surveys and for me to update my profile even though it is 100% complete. I thought it was weird it has been days since receiving surveys as they are usually available frequently and so I tried to claim a $10 flexicard just in case and it will not allow me to. I have contacted them but yet to receive a reply. I am really disappointed if they have screwed me over again as I spend time completing surveys honestly. I hope this issue is fixed.

First incident
Be been a platinum member for a long time and always answer surveys honestly. They paid me $15 worth of points for a recent study I did then suddenly cancelled my membership due to violation of the terms and conditions!! I have always been honest in my survey answers and I am very annoyed. I’ve emailed them asking why and have not received any response. Very disappointed with this company.

A lot of people criticise this survey company.
