dont always pay for surveys

June 4, 2025 by Chris from United Kingdom

don't always pay for surveys and say that they have no record of the survey completed?

Payment reliability

May 21, 2025 by isaac from Côte d'Ivoire

NewVista is a UK-based survey panel Execute by Walnut Unlimited. It gives points for each survey (1 point = £0.01), but you can only redeem rewards once you reach 5,000 points (worth £50). Redemptions are paid out as £50 gift vouchers e.g. Amazon, Argos, Tesco, and so on, rather than direct cash. In practice this means you must complete many surveys (often taking several months) before cashing out, and only then can you request a £50 voucher.
Regarding payment reliability, feedback is mixed-to-poor. NewVista’s own guidance notes points may take “as long as three months” to credit, and users often report payouts coming very slowly or not at all. For example, one long-time member said they were not paid for “any completed surveys for over 2 months”, and another complained that 25 finished surveys “was paid for none of them”. Several reviewers note that the site now only issues vouchers (no cash) and that point balances have sometimes disappeared or been altered unexpectedly. Reputation scores are low – SurveyPolice shows mostly 1–2★ reviews, and Trustpilot ratings are around 2.2/5 – reflecting these complaints. In conclusion, NewVista will eventually honor a £50 voucher once you hit the high minimum, but the combination of slow crediting, high threshold and repeated reports of missed credits means the payout process can be slow and unreliable.

Downhill

April 11, 2023 by Fraser from United Kingdom

Lots of problems now so I have closed my account. Not worth the time. £50 target is too high for the amount of surveys available. Points balance changes for no reason, partner survey points not credit and the £50 cash option now removed.

I would recommend to avoid signing up.

Dynata are not paying for surveys

September 21, 2022 by Oliver from United Kingdom

EDIT: I have downgraded them again because now it's not just Samplicious: Dynata are now failing to pay for ANY completed partner surveys and New Vista are just sending me automated responses to my help requests.

I rated them much higher before, as their surveys pay well and the Dynata partner surveys aren't too bad, either, but now they're hosting surveys from the execrable Samplicious, who very frequently screen you out AFTER you've completed a survey. They are one of the very worst survey providers out there.

no longer pay in cash

June 10, 2022 by Tony from United Kingdom

Not many qualifying surveys and last cashed out with them end of last year but they only pay in shopping vouchers only. It use to be cash to your bank why?
