Nielsen is legitimate and, yes, they do pay you $5.00 for taking surveys with them but the surveys are rather inquisitorial and often times repetitive. Surveys which should take only five minutes to complete often times takes fifteen minutes because Nielsen asks so many annoying and intrusive questions.

They state you will be rewarded during the signup process. The closest thing you will received as a reward is a chance to enter a survey with an access code. The access code is only good for a short time, which they never inform you of. So if you think about it, Nielsen Digital Voice goes out of it'd way to make it very difficult to actualize any reward. First, I don't think games of chance are a "reward". The definitions in dictionaries don't fit the behavior of Nielsen Digital Voice. I think they should be honest and publish a glossary of what meanings are of the words they use.

Neilsen's surveys are entirely too long and the computer support for their rewards program is poor. The rewards program is how you get compensated for your time, right? Well they don't follow through and contacting support is useless since they don't respond. So I say, don't waste your time.

1. They promise you a gift voucher if you sign up - I never got it.
2. Their software makes my PC slow constantly crashing.

when i download software in my computer i guess this softwear trace my survey that how much I qualify , and when i tried to do same survey from another site this softwear informe or notify my survey data that specific company and then immigatly i received notice that you have already complete this survey .. :( and WINDOW CLOSE . :)
