You earn points weekly just for using the software but it takes a very long time to accrue enough points to claim any sort of reward.

I have been a member of this service since August, 2015 and have redeemed a $5 Amazon gift card 4 times since. Each time I redeem, the point value required for redemption has increased, from an initial 685 points, to the current 745 points. Added to this is a 300 point digital processing fee.

I signed up, followed their instructions to join the panel and everything was fine. About a month later they send me an email that my account
Isn't set up and is inactive. I login and everything looks fine, I write them back. They send me the instruction again, I follow them but this time I get an error. I sent screenshots, details and I keep getting the canned set up emails or email responses that didin't answer my questions and don't resolve the issue. There is no number to call. They said they'd call me but my work doesn't allow me to drop everything and take a call whenever. Email responses are slow. After two weeks I gave up, it's not worth it.
