I registered with this panel last week and received approximately 8 emails but every time I access there is a technical issue so cannot start survey. The only thing that works is the profiling questions at start. Are they just looking for this information free of charge. I have also in last week had numerous phishing emails which I am convinced comes from flaws in their systems or is deliberate. Stay well clear of this panel

I would at this site for months and months. I WAS waiting till I built up $20 to cash out!! And when I did nothing happened. They don't return emails at all!!! There is no phone number. There is no way to be compensated. I spent so much time on this site. And then after looking up other reviews I read where they contacted someone else with no payout. They told that person they needed a Survey link. This was months ago!! So who really keeps that info??? I have 8.50 right now in another panel by them. And have considered trying again. But it has left me so upset I dont deserve my time to be wasted like that!!

Completed 2.5 hour Music Survey six weeks ago. I contacted the Panel Champ to find out when the anticipated payment date is. I was told that because I was out of the metro area when I received the survey invitation they did not want to pay. I was on vacation when I received the invitation and completed the survey when I returned home. If they can tell I wasn't at home when I received the invitation then they certainly should be able to tell where I was when I completed the survey.
In my opinion, their surveys just aren't worth my time. You complete a survey expecting to be paid and then you have to expend just as much time and energy trying to collect payment.
Panel Champ responded to this review on March 12, 2019Hello Nicole,
We apologize for any inconvenience you have felt in contacting our customer service for your payment. Could you please email me directly at [email protected] and provide the email address you used and the original survey link - We'll investigate further into your account. We hope to resolve this for you right away.

After doing surveys for the last 6 years or so, I can say Panel Champ (Quest Mindshare / CINT) is the second worst survey panel I've ever joined.
The worst was Survey Head, which I hope are no longer in business. However, even they allowed me to collect what I had earned before I left, and, in addition, I knew why they closed my account. (I took the same mobile survey twice which disqualified me from their panel.)
I originally joined this panel through another panel because it offered "High Payout" surveys but in all my time there, I never qualified for one.
I wrote to Panel Champ about my suspension and they sent me a list of about 40 convenient, Draconian rules, none of which I believe I violated. My best guess is that I entered in my personal e-mail in order to resume a survey at a later time, which perhaps they took as opening a second account. There's no way of knowing as they won't respond to my inquiry.
Besides that, the survey finder page frequently won't load correctly and after a survey is done it sometimes won't redirect to the completion page which means I didn't get paid for several surveys. Many of the survey invite links break and disqualify you from doing a survey until they send another invite, which is a few times per month. A lot of the surveys were also not relevant to me.
The payout is decent, however, and I did make some money before they closed my account. If you have already joined, I recommend to collect what you have earned at the first available chance and then find a better panel.

I would certainly not recommend or trust this company. They would not respond to my emails and were very dishonest when responding to the Better Business Bureau complaint I filed against them. I would suggest other members who are owed money contact the better business bureau too, that seems to be the best way to finally get this company to pay up.
UPDATE; they claim my situation was ‘unique’, but you only have to look at their other reviews on this site, or the multiple complaints against them on the better business bureau site, to see that many others have had the same problems with delayed or canceled payments and unresponsive customer service. Their response is just another example of their dishonesty.
