They Need To Do Something About Their Point System

September 17, 2010 by Marzetta from United States

Nice Political Surveys Panel..... Lousy point system!

The Only thing I don't like is their point system, you have to take way to many surveys just to get to the $100 cash reward every time I finish one of their surveys they have a comment section at the bottom and I always put the same thing. Lower your point system for the $100 cash reward! Its utterly ridiculous the amount of money needed to get the cash even if they have to lower the cash amount to $50 dollars I wouldn't care just make it a reachable goal for people to stay interested in being on your panel!

For Fun Only

September 17, 2010 by K from United States

I've been a PollingPoint member for about a year. Since I'm aiming for the $100 reward, you could say I've earned $14.50 so far. At this rate, it will be many years before I see any money. I get about 2 surveys a month. Most are worth $0.50, and some are worth $1.00.

I take PollingPoint surveys more for the fun of it than the tiny amount of money that I'll probably never see. PollingPoint surveys tend to cover politics, and I enjoy giving my opinion about politics. I also like the unique design of the surveys. They ask questions where you give your feelings about something on a scale of 0 to 100 using a thermometer, questions where you rank what matters to you by dragging boxes, and other unique forms of questions. I find these sorts of questions to be fun, but if you don't, PollingPoint won't be worth your time.

They need to Look at Reward Tier

September 17, 2010 by Judy from United States

They used to offer a $50 Savings bond, but that's been removed. Now you can get 1)T Shirt 2)Shopping Bag 3)SweatShirt 4)Ipod shuffle 5)Webcam 6)$100 .... I figure I'll have to do about 150 surveys to get the cash.

10 months and not close to a reward

September 17, 2010 by david from United States

Have been a member for 10 months, done all offered surveys and am 1/3 the way to a web cam. Only 7 choices of rewards are offered, 3 of which are polling point labeled products, such as a t-shirt. It is not worth it.
