I won two Gift Cards on RewardTV's Shopping Spree and I never received them. It makes no sense that they do not give you electronic Gift Cards instead of mailing them in envelopes that either were never sent or were stolen. They state that they have no way of tracking them and have not offered to replace them. Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't do the TV surveys anymore, only the Been to the movies lately, etc..anyone who is a member knows what I mean. I tried only one time to try to get a gift card, that was tough. I almost have 1.7 million points and will just save up and do an auction that I know I will win.

I received an email early in the week saying I am being terminated but they didn't give me a specific reason but said within a couple of days I would have only limited access to the web site meaning all I could do is cash out points I previously earned and that in 60 days I would lose complete access. Well yesterday I lost access to all their surveys and games. Apparently other people got the same email and I have no idea what is going on because the email was very vague. I have been a longtime member of theirs and I wonder if they are looking to get rid of all the longtime members and replace them with new ones. Because it seems just about all the survey sites are promoting reward tv and offering people either money or points to join. It was also stated in the email that I would be ineligible to try to sign up again either with the email I used before or another one.

I just finished cashing out all my points with them so now this is it as far as my activity goes with them. Unless I win 50000 reward points in their sweepstakes. In all the years I was a member all I won was 50 dollars one time. But I stayed with them because I enjoyed playing the tv games. This company apparently can terminate people for no just cause. So I would stay away from them.

If you have thousands if not millions of users on a rewards site then you should not have a limited amount of prizes, that's the problem with Rewardtv sure getting points is easy, the hard part is getting the prize first off no other reward site makes you bid or wait to claim your prize and it should not matter what time zone you are in once you get enough points you should be able to claim a prize and there should be enough to go around prizes run out in five seconds which is stupid. I conclusion Rewardtv is a horrible site and I will stick to Crowdtap where they at least listen to their members and are making changes

We had tons of points racked up because my husband is a TV enthusiast. We never could redeem them though because of their stupid bid system which limits prizes to whomever has the fastest connection speed. I just checked my account and my points have expired. We never got ANYTHING. I just cancelled my account.
