Survey Taking Experience

Get Rewarded, Even When You're Disqualified!

If you attempt to complete a survey but are unable to (i.e. you get disqualified), your account will still be credited with up to 5 points if the disqualification is due to Client Security terminate, the client is over quota, or the client has terminated the survey. In order to reduce the number of times you may be disqualified from a survey, community members are invited to participate in surveys based on their basic profile information.

Terrible

July 6, 2018 by Andrea from Australia

I joined this site after recommendations from Survey Police based on prize quality; but I never had a chance of any points or prizes.

I took approx 30 surveys, only 5 actually worked and Univox recorded on my profile that I incompleted 70% of my surveys and closed the others, creating a very negative profile reputation from no fault of my own.

Emails requesting assistance were auto responses and nothing was resolved so I closed my account after 10 days.

*UPDATE*

RE: Univox Community response

The suggestion that my account was blocked by any third party security system is preposterous. Not one time has Univox mentioned any specifics, such as why this alleged third party security system blocked my account. Why are they so insistent upon me calling them? Again, that won't prove anything. A person can easily mask their number to suggest they are somewhere they are not. Neither will having my name, date of birth, phone number and zip code, all of which I could lie about. Providing them links to any social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc...) is also unproductive because I could have fake social media accounts.

I don't know about anyone else, but I get a lot curious when someone or some unknown company on the Internet asks for so much information after immediately blocking an account I just created. Here is another reason why I feel that way. I created accounts with both Survey Junkie and OneOpinion at the same time I created the Univox account, and neither blocked my account and asked me to call of to provide certain information -- and i have been actively taking surveys. I belong to about 4 other survey sites, none of which have done what Univox has.

If my review has not, the 1 1/2 star rating of Univox should give potential members enough pause to stay away.

*END UPDATE*
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I created an account and right away I was not able to login, so I contacted them. They sent this response:

-----------------
Dear Member,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We have received your email about your inability to log on to your Univox account. We apologize for any inconvenience. We have many security checks that may automatically deactivate an account due to suspicious activity (such as providing false information about your identity, obscuring or misrepresent your location, maintaining multiple accounts with different usernames, bot-like activity, etc).

In order to validate your account, we would like to set up a short call. Please let us know a good time and number to reach you at.

Always looking to serve you better.

Thanks
Team Univox

I responded by saying that they don't know who the I am, so they would have no way of knowing if I were providing false information about my identity, and a phone call couldn't do that. Their response was:

-----------------
Dear Member,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We are sorry without providing details we cannot reactivate your account. In order to activate your account, we need some additional information to help verify your account, such as:

Your name
Date of Birth
Phone number where you may be reached
Zip Code
Links to any social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc...)

The more details you can provide the faster we will be able to conduct our review.

We appreciate and value your relationship with us.

Always looking to serve you better.

Thanks
Team Univox

Who does that?? I've never had a survey company do any of that before. They don't come off as trustworthy.

I'd stay away from Univox.

The rating is necessary

April 27, 2018 by Vivian from United States

I'm not sure how I came upon this website, but it's one of the many survey websites I decided to join this month and I'm ready to delete my account. This website sends me tons and I mean TONS of emails. Have 4-5 rows of surveys on your dashboard? Don't get too happy because you probably won't qualify for 95% of them. I spent an hour going through not even half the surveys on my dashboard only to get 5 points continuously because the demographics were over capacity or I just didn't qualify at all. When I tried to redeem my point (over 600) to see if I could put those to any use, I found I couldn't click the Redeem button to save my life. Apparently you won't get a Paypal payout unless you have over 2500 points AND you're a Premium user. I'd rather not spend the rest of my life trying to achieve anything on this site.

SayMore responded to this review on April 30, 2018

Dear Vivian,

Thanks for your rating and letting us know your concern, we will clarify the points briefly, the survey's qualification depending on the profile and demography to a larger extent. So we always insist our members keep their profile/sub-profile updated.
We do offer the disqualification points too for the surveys you attempt successfully.

Regarding the redemption points that is the minimum threshold to redeem by any mode, Amazon, Visa or Paypal. You don't have to be a premium member to get the redemption through PayPal.

We insist you spend some more time with our site and do write an email to our support team with all your concerns, we will assist you and clarify the processes in case you are not aware of.

Please feel free to email our Support Team at [email protected] or you can call us directly for further assistance.

they don't pay you

April 25, 2018 by Martha from United States

they have not paid my last redemption from March 12. I have sent numerous emails and left phone messages, but nothing happens. After I left a review here at survey police, they sent me a reply that they would look into it. They have done nothing. Find another panel.
