Terrible site, avoid

September 23, 2017 by Brandon from Canada

This site has circled the drain. I have tried to redeem points I earned (I'm at minimum 2000 points for a prepaid visa), but always have to "verify my information". This "verification" is the same every redemption, and takes them MONTHS to complete. After I asked for redemption, a survey I actually completed was credited. At first I thought "great, maybe this site will improve!" - wow, was I ever wrong.

They wrote back about the "verification status" and said I didn't have enough points to redeem, as I only had 143 points....I wrote back saying "well...what about those 2038 points I redeemed long before these 143 points existed?".

Yes, the levels of ineptitude on this site are incredible...I honestly can't tell if they are lacking brain matter, or it's some mean-spirited way to waste your time and not payout what is owed!

For your own sanity's sake, avoid this site, there are many other, far better and more lucrative sites with more competent admins where you will not only make more money, but have fewer headaches and earn PayPal! You only get paypal on this site if you are "premium or ambassador" or live in India. WASTE OF TIME.

Has become a big zero to me

September 7, 2017 by Rene from United States

I must admit when I started at Univox 3 years ago, I made a good little income from them regularly. Fast-forward to today. For whatever reason, Univox has become an extremely bad survey site. They only give their 5 disqualify points for about every 10th survey, It's much much harder to qualify for any survey now. On their forum, you can tell there is a huge dissatisfaction among users. I went from getting $35/mo to <$5/mo for the same amount of work/time. No, thank you. I am gone from Univox now. NOT recommended!

Incompetent Panel I attempted to resolve this issue with Univox support

September 4, 2017 by kris from United States

I've tried this survey company since January 2017 and have never been able to complete a survey, I've done over 100. My profile was completed in the first day. So, in my estimation Univox is not worth expending any time. They occupy a very unique status in my list of survey companies. They have 0%, or no yield.

I attempted to resolve this issue with Univox support and they turned off my account because they could not figure out the problem. They believed I was in a location that would never qualify for surveys, I'm in Austin Texas.

They should be ashamed!

Univox is a good site. There are a lot of complaints about not qualifying for surveys most of the time. Yes this is true but you get 5 points every time you are disqualified. These points do add up fast so you can redeem in a short amount of time. You will have to check your dashboard a few times a day to see if you have surveys. Univox does send me survey invites by email but it is better to login a few times a day to see surveys available. Plus they have a fun daily contest where you can win 50 points. I have won already. There are other sites out there where you spend 10 minutes answering questions just to get disqualified and you dont get any points at all. Univox gives you 5 points for trying. These points do add up. Just have to be patient and keep trying. I have already cashed out once and am half way to my next redeem. As I said keep checking your dashboard multiple times a day for surveys. People bash this site but not me. I am happy with it and a lot of other people would be happy to if they keep trying a few times a day and be consistent with their answers and be patient. Give this site a try.

I am updating my review for this site and please, STAY AWAY FROM IT!!! After they revamped their site I could NEVER get a survey sent to me or on my dashboard to take. I emailed support and they gave me the robotic reply to update my profile. There was nothing new to update.
Then I get an email from them telling me they are closing my account because they don't have surveys for my demographics. What? After 2 years of being a member, they suddenly have no surveys? What a crock. I had money in my account that I wanted. After emailing back and forth many times about my money, I finally got it sent to my PayPal account. They did this to alot of members after revamping their site.
I found it very distasteful on their part. But now I can concentrate on the sites that care about their members. Anyway, I never saw as many complaints being posted on their forum like this site. That tells you something negative right there. Just stay away from this site, please.

Access To Website Blocked

August 30, 2017 by brian from United States

My access blocked because my ISP is Frontier Communications. Absolutely ridiculous! They are a major internet provider for residential and business customers in 29 states in the United States. Univox is being run by an bunch of unprofessional amateurs.

**Update- UNIVOX is blaming a third party provider that my ISP(Frontier) has been blocked by Distil network. They in turn are pointing the finger back at UNIVOX. We are talking about many millions of customers in the USA. It's a bunch of ignorant, imbecilic and cockamamie nonsense
