Univox - The Good & The Bad

March 28, 2017 by Trina from United States

The good is that they reward 5 points (5 cents) if you don't qualify for a survey. Sometimes there will be around 20 surveys for me in one day, so that's one dollar for about 10-15 minutes spent being turned down for the survey due to not meeting the qualifications.
The bad is that there has been a few times that I have completed surveys ranging in points from 35 - 400, BUT, did not receive the proper points after completion. I would receive 5 points or none at all. ALSO, at times I have spent around 40 minutes taking a survey just for it to end after all that long time spent just for it to close out and say that I didn't qualify for the survey. It would seem to me that the survey was complete but that it got closed out saying that I didn't qualify just in order to not have to award me the higher points. Blogs in the Univox Community Forum has other people complaining of these same issues.
Other issues posted in the Univox Community state that some people have had difficulties cashing out (cash out is at 2500 points - $25.00 which is through a virtual credit card).

WAAAAAY too many "disqualifieds"!

March 24, 2017 by April from United States

I joined them a couple months ago cause I got invited from another panel, and as tolerant as I am about getting multiply disqualified, this site is just outrageous for it. Out of the 100's and 100's of survey attempts I tried through them I got qualified for like maybe 1 or 2 in the total time I've spent on the site, which was about a month. I really do not appreciate literally sitting there for at least a half hour trying to get into a survey only to be repeatedly told "sorry you don't qualify for this survey", and reentering and selecting my info at least 30 times in a row, gets rather exhausting for my time and effort. None of the other survey panels I've joined are that bad. They claim that they only send surveys that you would qualify for but the results prove that just isn't true, no way should I be getting disqualified that often, it's not normal. Totally not worth the time. Every time I get an email from them saying they have a new survey for me, I just cringe, cause I think about how many times I'll get disqualified before I can even get into a survey from them. Do not recommend at all. Waste of time!

Horrible Site

March 9, 2017 by Jason from United States

It didn't take me long to request a payment. Maybe a day or two to reach $25, but when I requested an amazon gift card and waited until the next day so that they could pay me, I got a notification saying that I need to update my information. So I did, and right after I clicked on the Univox site and tried to log in, it said that my account is blocked. I feel like this site (surveypolice) shouldn't even allow Univox to be on this site since they do not pay you for no reason. I am part of many survey panel sites, and not a single one, I REPEAT, not a single one has told me that they can't pay me or has told me that I have completed a survey dishonestly. Which I never do. Univox, if, you are reading this, delete this crap of a website.

No payments and non-existant support

February 26, 2017 by Jonathan from United States

I joined this site last week and reached my $25 minimum to a make a payment request, next day checked my account and the status says "Rejected" contacted support several times through email and nobody has even bothered to respond for over a week. They stole my money that I earned for the surveys I completed and will probably never see it again, all the negative reviews here are correct this panel does not pay and will not respond to any of your support requests. I suggest this site be removed from the top rated page so no other people get their time wasted. Avoid at all costs!

They denied my payment and deleted my account

February 10, 2017 by Bret from United States

After taking surveys for years I must say this is the worst panel I have ever joined in my life, not only that they refuse to pay me for the surveys I completed they also deleted my account. I spent the day taking surveys on their site and reached $25 I requested redemption and I go check my email and I see the following message "There is some information missing from your profile. Please update your profile by clicking on the below link to access your redemption." I contacted their support team to see what all this is about and they told me that "My account has been cancelled and I will not be paid" I got so angry I wish there was a way to report this company to their survey clients that they refuse to pay their panelists, looks like this is a trend for this company not to pay people after seeing all the complaints here the people writing good reviews must work for the company or are being paid to write a good review. A company that does not pay for a person's work should be punished. Looks like the parent company is called "Sample Cube" I will make sure to let everyone know what they are doing with payments.
