With Smart Panel App, you can help your favorite web sites, apps, tech companies, and mobile carriers give you better services and more features. Download the Smart App and anonymously share your data. All data collected is encrypted, secured, and protected – Smart App is owned and operated by Verto Analytics Research firm.

How Smart App Works

With Smart App, you’ll need to apply to become a member. To apply you’ll answer a short survey about your personal details and your tech habits, including how often you use your smartphone.

If accepted, you’ll download the Smart App on your smartphone and keep it there. The app will usually give you surveys to answer. You’ll earn points by answering these questions about your technology habits.

The app will track your smartphone usage and share your habits from using this smartphone device. It reportedly uses around 3MB of data per month and causes an extra 1-5% reduction of battery life. You may have to download a VPN onto your device too.

After you have kept the app on your phone for 30 days, you can convert the points earned into rewards for the first time.

The site does pay you money after the first month. Which is nice because I got $10 but some of the apps I used didn't work after using Smart App but I'm not sure if that had anything to do with some of my apps crashing. But I'm confused about how to find surveys to take and how I the giveaways.

With holding Rewards

I too have been a member, since January 2019, I have it installed on two devices. I have had to take it off one device and move it to another because it seemed to be interfering with my comp. All was fine for months, then the app stopped working on one of the devices and I kept getting an error message. So I contacted them to make sure I have the correct link and reinstalled it. All was fine, so I thought. I have been trying to redeem my rewards for 2 months now with no avail. First they kept sending messages stating I should be able to claim but never could, then I got the message of breaking their policy terms... I angrily responded, as I have been through a lot keeping this up and running properly and asking them exactly what terms I had breached, as it was their app that crashed, not anything or any changes on my end. They never responded to that inquiry, but once again stated my account is in good standing and I should be able to collect. Well, I cannot and I have tried contacting them again multiple times with no response. So, they have all their data and info for free while I'm out of earned rewards... I am about ready to go ahead and uninstall it and just relinquish my rewards because I do not know what else to do to rectify the situation when they will not work with their customers. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues recently? My next step is to contact the BBB... Any ideas/suggestions?

I feel they have become greedy

My device is disconnected, you'll not be invited for surveys, they emailed me. REALLY? Haven't received a single one since they stopped rewarding for running their tracking app. Not good enough.

Had the 'activity tracking' app on my tablet for a few years and all was good (except the fact that you could not change your email address and support was a little 'flimsy').
Then, they started by sending one paid survey, then just prize draws surveys, which I don't complete. THEN they decided to stop payments for their 'activity monitoring' app with the promise of more paid surveys. Never received any, I guess they did not like the fact that I don't usually complete surveys for free.
I feel they have become greedy.

Never respond to questions

I have been a member of Smart App for years. A couple of weeks ago, I tried to make a redemption and was sent an error message. I contacted the company and received an automated message stating I had violated the Terms and Conditions. I then emailed them again asking what Terms and Conditions were violated. I have not received an answer. I recently sent another message stating that I don't understand what Terms were violated and why they are still allowing the app on my devices to be active and obviously still collecting my data but still no response. I'm not quite sure how to violate Terms and Conditions with an app that constantly runs in the background of my phone and other device and kills the battery anyway but they will not respond and give a direct answer.

It took some time but they got my password changed and old well that ends well! It wasn't really their fault as my e-mail got screwed up by yahoo! They were very nice and helpful! I love this site and am glad we finally got the problem solved! Still great service and panel!
