Survey Lengths and Frequency

I redeemed 2500 points for a $25 gift code on March 6 - a month later, still no reward received - after multiple inquiries to support, multiple generic replies received blaming the 'vendor' and promising further attempts to resolve the issue - I am out the points and the reward - Unlock Surveys (formerly Maru Springboard America) is a major disappointment and not worth the trouble.

No reviews for 2022..and wonder what happened to this site..It does not progress..we are stuck with points and cannot cash in..yet no opportunities to progress and get more..just died on me..anyone knows what is going on???

If you are 55+, forget it. Survey companies are not interested in your opinion and you will not qualify for almost any surveys. For everyone younger, Unlock Surveys does a terrible job pre-screening you for qualified surveys, so you end up answering a dozen or more pre-qualification questions only to end up being rejected. They are still collecting valuable personal information through these “qualification” questions. They just don’t compensate you for it, You will waste 30+ of your time only to discover you don’t qualify for virtually anything.

I have been a member of Springboard for many years and it was a decent site. Not lots of surveys, but good, simple, short and simple surveys that paid fairly well. Now all of a sudden but for a while do not get any email invitations at all, period and when I go to the site they are not there either. I do not know what happened. Hated to see them so worthless. I still have points and hoping to be able to do surveys again someday. I email support and they tell me nothing is wrong. Something is wrong. Keeping my fingers crossed I guess.\

Update: My first review for Maru Springboard America was on 7-7-2019. I want to update this review now on 1-3-24. Now I am getting email invitations, not really often but several a week. I have not tried cashing out recently but do not expect any problem now. I do not remember how this issue was resolved either. The site is beautiful and pretty simple. So far so good.

It took a long time, but I finally accrued 4,950 points. Then I realized that my points did Not increase when I continued to do many more surveys. It just stayed at 4,950. I emailed Maru Springboard America. In fact, I emailed them six times. Each time I got a different answer. The last time I emailed they actually lowered my points to 4,900 and told me they did not lower my points.
