Participate in interesting surveys on topics of interest to companies, as well as media and government bodies across the United States. Bear in mind that because this panel only accepts US members, many of the surveys will be of particular interest to Americans and are occasionally political in nature.

Survey Lengths and Frequency

Survey lengths are typically between 10-20 minutes and most members are contacted anywhere between 1-4 times a month to complete a study.

What happened?

I have been a member of Springboard for many years and it was a decent site. Not lots of surveys, but good, simple, short and simple surveys that paid fairly well. Now all of a sudden but for a while do not get any email invitations at all, period and when I go to the site there are non there either. I do not know what happened. Hated to see them so worthless. I still have points and hoping to be able to do surveys again someday. I email support and they tell me nothing is wrong. Something is wrong. Keeping my fingers crossed I guess.

Slow

I have been a member now for 11 months I have only accumulated 30 dollars in that time. Cashout is 50. I receive about one survey every 2 weeks. Quality for half. It is painfully slow process. Will take well over a year to cashout. My advice many better survey companies out there

Takes forever

Barely any surveys.Did a survey back in end feb and still havent got paid for it. you have to get to 50 bucks which takes a great deal of time. Takes about a year to reach cash out but its worth it to have 50 to spend.. survey format is fun but surveys are kinda scarce and dont qualify for many.

GC had no value

I had enough points to get a $50 gc. I choose Applebee's. When we got to the restaurant, they told us the card had no value. I wrote several times to SpAm before getting a reply that they did not issue the rewards. I contacted the incentive company, again, several times before getting an answer. They said the card had been used the day they issued it, in California (I'm in Idaho.). The e-mail with the GC number was somehow hacked before I got it. They did not offer to replace it.

Website Down & No Help

UPDATE DECEMBER 2018: Well, here we go again. Cannot login despite using all the correct information and doing all the many many many many repetitive captchas. Support (haha) nonexistent. Sent messages -- nothing. This site is increasingly useless and worthless,

Cannot log in. Credentials (login ID & password) are current and unchanged. Still can't log in. Tried to reset password, but the emailed link to do that won't work either. You click on the link in the email and it just sits there doing nothing. Tried to send a help message to support. No response. No way to know when or if they will respond. We are going in circles with this website.
