Pulling it back a little (2017 Update)

April 5, 2017 by Nick from United Kingdom

The other year, when this site was actively pushing for the Survey Police top ranking, this outfit were genuinely good, however since topping the charts, both the quality and quantity of surveys have tailed off.

What prompted me to write this review was the latest survey I just endured.

Firstly, it was way over the stated time, in other words, I was being underpaid for it, essentially ripped off, secondly, after plowing through what was around double the promised length, I was screened out.

Basically, they are now no better than MySurvey, ValuedOpinions, Toluna etc. They are just cheap data churners like the rest. And that's the last time I take any care or time in completing one of their surveys.

The majority of the reviews here are based on past glories, and have no relevance now. They are now just another rubbish survey collator like the rest.

February 2017 update, things have improved somewhat since the low period they hit at the time of my initial review. Surveys now appear to be better targeted and I haven't had any particularly obnoxious long screenouts for a while.

They do still have an issue where the survey page refuses to load, refreshing the page usually allows you to continue, however some not, forcing you to abandon the survey (which appears to be an issue on their end as this happens in any browser - Mac or PC or mobile). To their credit, they have responded to my issues and given me a few points for the trouble,

Their mobile app still insists on using you location data until you force the app off or run out of battery, it's impossible for them not to be aware of this as it's well documented in the app store reviews.

On balance, I'll cautiously up their rating, with a hope that they return to their former top ten winning performance.

Good site

I have seen some rave reviews for this site. It is decent but for me I can't rate a site like this too highly when the survey chances are so rare.

Love it!

I have been with Surveybods - or Informer as it was previously called - for 2 years now, and recently got my first pay out. At the time, the minimum redemption amount was £25, but now has changed to £15 which will make completing surveys even more exciting as rewards are more frequent! I strongly recommend Surveybods, especially to younger people (students) looking to make a few quid!

June 2015 - Unfortunately I am having to lower my rating as I am receiving far fewer surveys (2 per month on average) and regularly not qualifying for either of them.

Any surveys at all for me??

November 22, 2016 by Tanya from United Kingdom

Just one survey would be nice! Have not had any so far. Very strange. Try your luck anyway it seems to be a nice site but thats all I can say for now. Will update when/if I get a survey.

***UPDATE*** So I got my first survey and I am very pleased with how quick it credited. I am just going to assume that because of demographics I get less than others which is fine as I use other survey sites. Might be a slow earner for me but if the pay up when I get to the cashout point I can't see the harm in it.

Not as good as it used to be

June 4, 2014 by James from United Kingdom

Been a member for several years now. Since acquired by SurveyBods, surveys have become less frequent and I'm often screened out (even after completing the bulk of the survey, when the demographic questions are at the end). Quite a few surveys are also now just for entry in a prize draw, and don't count towards your balance.
