Is SurveySavvy Legit?

Believe it or not, SurveySavvy has been offering paid surveys for over 20 years and as such, is completely legit and is certainly not a scam. Although members of the site may have varying degrees of success with the program, SurveySavvy is a legitimate online surveys website that is very safe to use. Bear in mind that although they offer the opportunity for anyone in the world to join their site, people in predominantly English-speaking countries (USA, Canada, UK, etc.) will receive more frequent invitations to complete surveys.

Luth Research, the company that operates the SurveySavvy panel, is a member of the BBB (the Better Business Bureau). They have maintained a solid rating on the platform for many years, providing more confidence that SurveySavvy is legitimate.

I have been waiting for a check for 8 weeks- look, I will not slam a company because the mail is slow, but I hardly receive surveys, get info pumped from me then dumped when I do get them and have not been credited.

I get hardly any surveys and then rarely qualify and it takes forever to get payment, but they do pay. I like that there is no minimum cash out.

I cashed out for $15 on 4/4/11. It said I would receive my check within 4-8 weeks. I waited until the 8th week to email them and they replied back with this "Members are currently receiving their checks within 4-12 weeks of their request. All our processes are automated internally and we make every attempt to consistently administer payments. Several factors may affect this timeline, from incomplete member information to long-running projects. Payments cannot be made until the close of the project." I think that's BS because it says on their site 4-8 weeks not 4-12. Also, I hardly ever qualify for their surveys. It took me a year to get $15 credited to my account. Sometimes when I get like a $20 survey, I would click the survey link in my email and it would redirect me to the page where it says I'm disqualified without even asking me any questions to determine if I qualify!! What's up with that? I DO NOT RECOMMEND SURVEYSAVVY TO ANYONE!

Just found this site.
I've been with SurveySavvy for about 5 years now.
Can tell that I've never had negative experience with them. Well, sometimes a survey may crash... or be not accessible...
But they resend invitations and fix issues.

What's more important for me they still keep the cash option (unlike MySurvey).

My quick opinions:
Yes, you have to take a survey to avoid its expiration (if it's particulary popular and pays well enough).
Yes, you may be screened out.
Yes, you get paid.
Yes, you get decent number of survey invitations.

No, you won't get rich with them.
No, my money never 'expired'.
No, screening part is not insanely long. If you don't qualify you know it in a couple of minutes (though I wish they ask demographic questions _after_ real screening ones).

redeemed for a $3 check which was sent within the normal 4-6 weeks for processing. after depositing said check , it bounced and they were very prompt to cover the check and the returned check fee from my bank.

However, all they did was recredit my account for the sum and i had to request payment of that amount with another 4-6 weeks processing time. It has been 7 weeks and ive yet to see the check which is costing me the opportunity cost of the returned check fee that was looted from my account because their check went bouncy bouncy
