I am quite happy with this site and it's fun.
But I honestly feel that they should add more prices and a paypal account. They also need to wake up to ones points as well. Otherwise this website is good

you have to wait over the stated 30 days for your points and also your vouchers you email them and never get a reply your points disapear from front page and on your account page it states your are minus points next time it will state you have no points and your profile isent upto date your points disapear for no reason

Since the new software, many aspects of the site are very frustrating.Admin is awful, support none existant, emails ignored. Claim 3 to 4 weeks to get rewards, more like months.Constanly screened out of surveys, sometimes well into them. Other methods of gaining points, Toluna move the goalposts and have now arbitrarily dropped them.

It has taken me 3 weeks to earn 5,000 points. 60,000 are needed for a £10 voucher. Like many long standing members, I am now on the verge of resigning.

I really don't think there's anything wrong with Toluna. Yes they are a little unorganized at times but I find the incentives good and the emails I have received from customer support have always been friendly and polite. Also I have always received my vouchers, although this summer it took about a month but I think there were some problems. We have to keep in mind that they have to order the vouchers, so sometimes it's not the fault of Toluna.

At the end of the day nobody looses anything by registering to this site. Uh what I also like is that there are other ways to earn points than just answering surveys, as many times one doesn't always fit the profile.

Located in France people! They do things differently in France so if you're not French don't bother they take thier time. They make nice bread though!
