UNRELIABLE COMPANY------ AVOID AT ALL COSTS

September 17, 2010 by T from Canada

This survey company is unstable! Each time points are credited to my account, they are 90% of the time inaccurate. I've had to call this company numerous times to get the points corrected, only to hear that I didn't qualify for the survey. How can I not qualify if the end of the survey indicates 'points will be credited to my account in 3-5 days.'? It also takes longer than 3-5 days for points to be credited.... it's more like 30-50 days! I've been ripped off of receiving a gift card as they said I didn't qualify, however I spent 30 minutes completing the survey. Once I've reached enough points to cash out a gift card, I will be canceling my account with them.

Total B.S

September 17, 2010 by Doug from Canada

they finally decide to reward people with actual rewards instead of this bogus sweepspoint scam and then send out surveys over and over that pay no points. Supposedly between I think 50 and 200 points or something. Strangely I have done about 8 or 9 surveys and have a grand total of 61 points....3 were paid, the others were on me.

Contest Scam!

September 17, 2010 by Shahira from Canada

Participated in their supermarket flyer survey. No payment was expected, yet my name was put in a draw to
win a cash prize. On February 4th I received an e-mail that I had won $500, then I received another e-mail 7 hours later informing me that there was an error and I hadn't won. I suspect a scam, I filed a complaint with
surveypolice.com. I am avoiding this survey website.
