Up until today, June 10, 2026, the site was fine. As of this morning, I am UNABLE to log into the site using the same email address that I have used for over a year now. The site will ONLY let one log in using either a google or apple address. I have over $40 some dollars in earnings I am unable to access.

Avoid TopSurveys if you value fair treatment and reliable support.

I completed a paid offer exactly as instructed, using the same device and registering through the tracking link provided by TopSurveys. After spending my own money, I was informed that the offer had not been tracked and therefore I would not receive the promised reward.

The worst part is not even the tracking failure itself. Tracking issues can happen with any affiliate platform. The real problem is that TopSurveys showed absolutely no interest in investigating the issue. They did not ask for evidence, did not try to verify the registration with the advertiser, and did not offer any reasonable solution. Their response was essentially: "It wasn't tracked, so there's nothing we can do."

This creates a situation where users take all the risk while TopSurveys takes none. If tracking fails for reasons outside the user's control, you can lose both your money and your reward, and their support team appears unwilling to help.

I fulfilled all the requirements and still ended up out of pocket. A legitimate platform should have procedures in place to investigate genuine cases instead of automatically rejecting them.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend TopSurveys. Be very careful before spending money on any offer advertised through this platform, as there seems to be little protection for users when tracking fails.

I recently joined Top Surveys & have been trying out the site for the last month here in Canada & have to say I'm very happy with the site..large variety of surveys each day..rewards go instantly into your account when you finish the surveys..when you go to redeem a reward the reward is sent to you within minutes...only need $5 to cash out..no issues with this company at all..If you're looking to join I'd say this is a 5 star company when it comes to sending out instant rewards to their members.

I was doing survey and qualified for almost all survey then I did number verification they reviewed my acct and I was shadow banned without doing anything

have only been a member for a short time but they seem decent. I only do a few surveys with them but a lot of there survey are higher amounts .but they pay a really good amount to try out games thru them and even through most of the game are only for 30 days some if you advance fast enough will actually extend the number of days and pay higher rewards when you reach certain levels in the game
