  • Virtual Mastercard - request a virtual Mastercard rewards card which is accepted at any online merchant who accepts Mastercard payments.
  • Reward Links - receive a Reward Link e-gift card, which can then be turned into a gift card from dozens of your favorite stores.
Points Value: Every 100 SayMore points equates to $1.00. Therefore, 1000 points = $10.00.

Survey Taking Experience

Get Rewarded, Even When You're Disqualified!

If you attempt to complete a survey but are unable to (i.e. you get disqualified), your account will still be credited with up to 5 points if the disqualification is due to Client Security terminate, the client is over quota, or the client has terminated the survey. In order to reduce the number of times you may be disqualified from a survey, community members are invited to participate in surveys based on their basic profile information.

Is paypal really an option

June 12, 2018 by Matthew from United States

I joined a few months ago, like the site layout, seem to be plenty of surveys,I like being rewarded for not qualifying. Signing up it says pay pal is an option.recently I heard customers say, pay pal only offered to higher tier members. Im confused by that. I don't want to earn amazon cards ,only interested in cash. Any one know the rules behind this ?

In A Nosedive...

May 29, 2018 by Bill from United States

I signed up with Univox Community in October, 2011, since last time I updated my review in 2015 Univox is going downhill, I can't say here what I really think of them, but seldom do I qualify for completing a survey I usually just get the nickel for attempting. They send you to Isay or their subsidiary, most of the time, which is just a waste of time, I never complete any surveys there. If you just want to accumulate $25, 5 cents at a time, to cash out, be my guest, I no longer will use this site, it is a waste of time!

Dear Bill,

We are saddened to hear this and we deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused, you have been our prestigious member for so long and we really value your relationship with us.
We request you to send us the email for all the surveys which you have not been awarded the points. We will definitely try to act positively on that.
As we have been explaining that the disqualification mostly relies on the client setup and many other factors like age, zip, demography etc.
But we assure you that our team will address the issue, thanks have a good day :)

Please feel free to email our Support Team at [email protected] or you can call us directly for further assistance.

*UPDATE*

RE: Univox Community response

The suggestion that my account was blocked by any third party security system is preposterous. Not one time has Univox mentioned any specifics, such as why this alleged third party security system blocked my account. Why are they so insistent upon me calling them? Again, that won't prove anything. A person can easily mask their number to suggest they are somewhere they are not. Neither will having my name, date of birth, phone number and zip code, all of which I could lie about. Providing them links to any social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc...) is also unproductive because I could have fake social media accounts.

I don't know about anyone else, but I get a lot curious when someone or some unknown company on the Internet asks for so much information after immediately blocking an account I just created. Here is another reason why I feel that way. I created accounts with both Survey Junkie and OneOpinion at the same time I created the Univox account, and neither blocked my account and asked me to call of to provide certain information -- and i have been actively taking surveys. I belong to about 4 other survey sites, none of which have done what Univox has.

If my review has not, the 1 1/2 star rating of Univox should give potential members enough pause to stay away.

I created an account and right away I was not able to login, so I contacted them. They sent this response:

Dear Member,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We have received your email about your inability to log on to your Univox account. We apologize for any inconvenience. We have many security checks that may automatically deactivate an account due to suspicious activity (such as providing false information about your identity, obscuring or misrepresent your location, maintaining multiple accounts with different usernames, bot-like activity, etc).

In order to validate your account, we would like to set up a short call. Please let us know a good time and number to reach you at.

Always looking to serve you better.

Thanks
Team Univox

I responded by saying that they don't know who the I am, so they would have no way of knowing if I were providing false information about my identity, and a phone call couldn't do that. Their response was:

-----------------
Dear Member,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We are sorry without providing details we cannot reactivate your account. In order to activate your account, we need some additional information to help verify your account, such as:

Your name
Date of Birth
Phone number where you may be reached
Zip Code
Links to any social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc...)

The more details you can provide the faster we will be able to conduct our review.

We appreciate and value your relationship with us.

Always looking to serve you better.

Thanks
Team Univox

Who does that?? I've never had a survey company do any of that before. They don't come off as trustworthy.

I'd stay away from Univox.

Glad to be a Member

This is a great survey site, I've had excellent service with them, never a problem with payment so far, so good, I've read a lot of "not so good" write ups about them, I just don't know why some of us have a hard time with places, and some of us don't. Haven't figured that one out yet. I would highly recommend Univox Yet again all good things to report about univox, 3rd time payout, with NO problems what-so-ever!.
