Survey Lengths and Frequency

Survey lengths are typically between 10-20 minutes and most members are contacted anywhere between 1-4 times a month to complete a study.

I was doing quite well with this site until recently- Suddenly I find that I can't redeem my points. I am not getting an error message; "redeem" simply won't upload. I have contacted them multiple times and find them very slow to respond , if they respond at all. If my problem is eventually fixed I will update this review, because I have previously (and not too long ago) really liked this site.

I am so upset with Unlock Survey site https://www.unlocksurveys.com/ I have been a member for years starting with original site Springboard America. I was able in years past to redeem my reward points received for vigilantly doing the surveys. For the past 4 months I have not been able to redeem any reward points at all. I have tried using my desktop computer/laptop/smartphone and still keep getting error message:
The connection for this site is not secure www.unlocksurveysrewards.com sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

I have reached out to parent company for Unlock and to Unlock staff to no avail. They won't send me a link to redeem my rewards and it is so frustrating. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD A PROBLEM REDEEMING REWARDS FROM UNLOCK SURVEY SITE?

Banned me after I gained 1900 out of 2500 points. Don’t waste your time. Customer service hasn’t reached out after responding to an email saying they were investigating it.

I joined in May, and at the very end of the survey, I realized you don't qualify, so I deleted it as a waste of time.

I love the platform, and maintaining a streak was highly motivating. After making quite a bit in earnings and coming close to cashing out, I was suddenly hard locked out of my account with no clear explanation as to why. I was actually pretty heartbroken over it for a while, and all attempts to contact support fell on deaf ears. Apparently others have had a similar experience. I’d still love to hear back and regain my account, but until then I recommend saving yourself from the heartache.
