Registration

To register, you may either sign up through the USA Talk Now website or using your personal Facebook profile. Signing up through Facebook gives the option to push new surveys straight to your notifications! This helps with taking advantage of the hottest surveys right when they are available.

Survey Details

After you complete a survey or participate in a focus group, the points may take 2-4 weeks to appear in your account. The research project must be completed before points can be distributed.

Once you have earned a minimum of $10, you may redeem for the following options:

• Amazon e-vouchers: Increments of $10 are available
• Dining Dough gift cards: Dining Dough gives you access to 500,000+ restaurant focused deals which are available through the online website or app.

You have to have $10 to cash out and I am .06 short. The problem is, I have .30 pending from 6 months ago, and after a year your rewards expire. I have contacted customer service numerous times and they will not respond back. Now all the rewards I have gotten before that will expire because they refuse to respond back to me to take care of the problem. This site is a total waste of time

It is now the end of November and I have pending rewards from May, June, and July that have not been credited to my account - and it is now mid September. I emailed them multiple times but received no response.

been messaging for many months that im not receiving any surveys. they dont respond to any email messages and made them a lot of money over the years if there not going to give me surveys i would like the 6.98 thats in my account and been paid to them in amazon.

Terrible customer service. I have sent many emails and messages trying to resolve the problem that I was not able to redeem my points. When I reached someone today. I got the issue resolved. And when I complained about the customer service I was told that they were going to delete my account.

I have sent 2 emails to them to find out why I haven't been credited with earnings for 2 surveys in May, and one in June. I never got an answer.
I even posted on their Facebook page that I was still waiting to hear from customer service, and to this day have not heard from them.
