Survey Police - Panda Research Active Complaints

I requested payment ($***) from Panda Research in September 2007 (6 months ago). Since then, I've sent several e-mails. Once they replied that they tried to contact me via phone which was untrue. All other e-mails have been ignored.

I have $** in my account. It has been like that for months, even though I have been continuing to do surveys. I have surveys that have not been approved yet, that go back to Nov. 2007. Any help would be appreciated.

I completed their surveys and was supposed to be paid in july 2007, this is december and when i call them,its one reason or another. When i tried to file a complaint through the BBB, they are not registered.
