Branded Elite recognizes and awards members for their consistent participation in surveys. There are three status levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. These tiers allow for earning points and offering referrals to friends who earn you points when they join. Branded Surveys will also award the top 100 active Branded Surveys members with an additional 100-point incentive at the end of the month.
Branded Elite Leaderboard
Increase your daily payout by getting on the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard tracks the Daily Top 50, Weekly Top 50 and Monthly Top 20 performers and rewards members for their survey completions.

MintVine (now Branded) used to be the best survey site I know. But recently things started going down hill big time. Customer service went from being helpful and resolving problems to saying “there’s nothing I can do”, IF they respond at all. Then the last time I cashed out I was notified WITHDRAWAL DECLINED! I contacted them and was told “There was a file that was uploaded from one of our partners that caused points to be awarded for surveys that were not completed. This bug has now been fixed causing points to be deducted that were given in error.” It sounded an unlikely story but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued participating. But then I checked my account and my balance was ZERO! ALL the points I had earned since my last cashout had been removed. I contacted them and I was told one of my surveys was rejected, and that my balance was now in the minus! I have NEVER had a rejected survey in all the years I have been doing surveys for them, since I answer every question thoroughly and honestly. In fact, according to them my “account health” is “Excellent; you exhibit optimal survey taking”. So why now are they suddenly trying to rip off a loyal, long-time member? Seems to me they can no longer afford to pay out and they are making up excuses to prevent members from reaching the cashout minimum. I will never waste my time on another one of their surveys, and I would advise anyone who does to KEEP TRACK OF YOUR BALANCE, they may be sneakily removing points without you noticing!

Many redemptions denied. Screenshot of survey completion denied. Many issues reported of completed surveys denied. I've been with Branded for a few years these rejections were unheard of until the last few months. Something is amiss with Branded surveys. When I provide a thanks completed screenshot for a glitch I expect positive service not a red rejection. Yes, I've completed surveys then got the big "NOT QUALIFIED" after completion. I use a desktop PC not a phone no broadband issue from my end it's Branded Surveys server. The surveys are paying less than ever before, more redemption payouts being rejected causing longer wait times on payout. Big name companies surveys yet chicken feed pay to users like myself. Amended my reply to Branded reply It was months ago Branded had a bug. My complaint is for recent issues Everyone I cash out I wait then see my cash out rejected points taken and not given back. This is a weekly problem. Why would I be rejected when I provided a screenshot? Many times when I tried the report issue tab the completed survey isn't there to report. Branded needs to own up to their server issues. And stop blaming those of us that wasted hours upon hours complying surveys. We are your employees. We are your contractors and we don't lie.

Like others posting here, I enjoyed my experience with mint vine. When it became branded surveys, things went downhill rapidly. I closed my account today, and should have done it sooner. There are many sites who do real market research, and treat you with respect.

Sept 2019 SIGNED up to Branded Surveys. Hooked my bank account to BRANDED PAY. Was sent two deposits less than .10 to CONFIRM BRANDED PAY was properly working. Been trying to get paid since March 14, 2020. NO LUCK. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. No TWO DEPOSITS LESS THAN .10 to VERIFY BRANDED PAY. NO Human to help resolve PROBLEMS NOT COVERED IN Branded Surveys HELP SECTION. Branded Surveys needs to add section under HELP on how to RESOLVE PROBLEMS WHEN NOT GETTING PAID occurs. So far, Branded Surveys gets ZERO RATING from me.

I finally got fed up this morning with Branded Surveys & closed my account & would suggest others to do as well.They wont help you when you need it. The survey points offered are so low and not worth it anymore. Before I was making over $100 dollars each month but it took me 1 month and a half just to make the $10 dollar payout amount. They don't care for their customers since they wont reply back and wont help customers like myself with the problem issues I was still having on my account which convinced me it was best to delete my Branded Surveys account. I would not recommend joining Branded Surveys since their points for surveys don't match the length of time for the survey meaning a much longer survey with much smaller points payout if you qualify. They never helped me fix the issue I was having & was just ignored showing customer service is terrible & very unprofessional. Branded Surveys became much worse after the name change from Mine Vine.Branded Surveys cannot be trusted & should go out of business since they have so many customer complaints as to why a low rating. They used to be before in the top 10 rankings but have fallen so badly down that list & will only continue to get worse.
