Earn a Payout in as Little as One Week!

Payouts on Branded Surveys range in value for surveys and can be as high as 300 points. If you are not the best fit for a survey, you will still be rewarded with points for answering even a couple of questions - compensating you for your time and inching you forward to your first payout, be it a cash payment, gift card or other reward.

How to Redeem Points

When you complete a survey, you will be rewarded with points and your survey answers will be sent directly to Branded Survey’s market research clients. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 approved points ($5.00 USD), a redemption button will become active in the "My Points" section of your account, allowing you to cash out your earnings and redeem your points.

Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Member's Tip! Answer questions as honestly as possible so the data collected is accurate and the surveys you qualify for are relevant to you. This makes it much easier to complete surveys quicker.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

  • Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
  • Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
  • Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

  • When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.
  • When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.
  • When you complete 30 surveys per week, you can earn a 14% bonus as a Silver member and a 19% bonus as a Gold member.

Re-qualify to Keep Your Badge Status

To maintain your badge color, members are encouraged to keep participating. Note that badges are subject to change on the first of each month if there was minimal participation for the duration of the month.

Getting worse, like drawing teeth

Have been with site now for about a month and reached the 1000 point stage so decided to claim an evoucher. Anyway they have validation system which forces you to enter info including your phone before claiming. Went on and had everything validated and asked for email back which validates that. Click on button 6 times and no email back. Contacted through customer support and told to change my email address, no reason given at first, when queried this informed that they have a problem with a lot of BT email accounts. I did point out that they had replied to me on the email address they were having problems with. Have emailed back pointing out the following "Seems to me you guys have a security issue with your email system if bt mail is blocking it, have no problems with other companies etc, rather than passing the buck why don't you contact btmail and find out what the issue is with your system and resolve it, that's how a responsible company operates " will wait replay with interest.

Update: took the plunge and followed advice about changing email address. Well what a load of rubbish need to validate new and old address guess what new address worked re confirmation old one didn't. Even though I am contacting them via the email address that supposedly doesn't work,absolute rubbish

Update 2: Don't bother contacting them on their facebook page, first told to contact with email, which I already had, so sent another message and told no one was there?

Update 3: Problems at last sorted out once fixed plenty of surveys on site though you are bombed out of quite a few, will persevere

Update 4: Getting worse even when part completing surveys, more times than not no points awarded

Late payout-customer service wont respond

I was supposed to receive my payment almost 2 days ago yet customer support won't even respond to my emails. The tab next to my payment even days "past due" next to the payout date. I just want to receive my payout.

UPDATE: I've recently tried to cash out twice and both my payout attempts have been rejected. They keep claiming its because I needed to update my profile so I updated it and my payments still won't get processed. I was supposed to get paid March 1st and my payment wouldn't process...then I was supposed to get paid March 6th but my payout was just rejected again, This has never happened before. I CAN'T EVEN RETRIEVE MY MONEY NOW.

Payout takes a while but they have a lot of surveys to try and at least give you a few points if you don't qualify.

Not Much Value Anymore

I posted a good review previously but now let me join the chorus of reviewers here who wax nostalgic about MintVine and lament what that site has become since it sold its soul to Branded. It's unconscionable that so many surveys pay less than 25 points (= 25 pennies) even when they take 15 to 25 minutes of your time. For a 3-8 minute survey, I will do it but no longer will I accept such a small reward for a lengthy survey. My monthly earnings with this site have been reduced by 75%.

Branded is also horrendously klutzy and inconsistent. Sometimes you are sent directly to a survey, other times to a screen that says "We are finding you a survey" and then when it finally loads, 90% of the time I get DQ'd -- and then there is another klutzy process before you get a chance to try again. It's a misery.

As for their new rewards system, I find it hard to understand. Once I did get an email telling me I'd been awarded 100 points but I didn't see them added. If I had to activated those points somehow, it wasn't explained.

The upshot is that Branded is the last on my list of survey sites to visit a day. I belong to four others. I would advise anyone and everyone who is still with this company to skip all survey that reward less than 30 points. Otherwise, they will continue to take advantage of us.

BELOW IS MY GOOD REVIEW AND I RECANT IT!

I've been taking surveys with Branded, and its previous site MintVine, for about 16 months and each month I earn $35-$40. That's not too bad, especially since I will never qualify for surveys on certain topics such as automotive (no car), chain restaurants (don't use them), or parenting (no kids). There are some frustrations, without a doubt. It's awful when you take a long survey, and do it diligently, and then get a message that the survey is "over quota." They need to make an agreement with their clients that any survey taker accepted in to a survey will be able to finish that survey and receive credit.

I have had some very cordial email encounters with Amit, who has usually given me credit for a survey when I've had a problem. But I don't always report problems because, alas, there are so many of them, so many "over quota" problems and issues with surveys that break down after a certain point.

I have no issues whatsoever with payment. I feel that the points are credited in a decent amount of time and the monies paid out fairly quickly. They are far better at approving points than, say, ClearVoice, where the points seem to take forever to clear.

You're right, it can be frustrating when you receive a "DQ" for a survey, we apologize as sometimes our partners may be looking for a specific demographic.
We did make some changes to our loyalty program. Our members now get a percentage payout based on their involvement with surveys!
We also increased our leaderboard frequency payout and the frequency of random prize payout.
Both the elite action chart and leaderboard focus on rewarding users who are engaged and involved.
We hope that you can take advantage of these changes!

Well, last year I rated this a 5-star favorite survey site, and I patiently tried to wait out their changes and adjustments to the points while reading the comments here with increasing dismay, thinking they would straighten things out.
I finally unsubscribed yesterday - the reasons were the following: the qualifying questionnaires that would take you to endless loops of "you've qualified for a survey" only to spend 10 minutes on that survey to be told "sorry you don't qualify", but you do qualify for this one, repeat, repeat, with not one point to show for it after 15-20 minutes. The final straw was having points removed from my rating (which had always been very high) due to a "security" issue. When I emailed them, I received the standard "sorry, it could have been a problem with the survey". It just seems to me they've stopped listening to their participants, and are showing no respect for the time put in by participants (25 points for 20 minute surveys, no points for disqualification, etc). I was sorry to unsubscribe, but didn't feel as though my participation was valued any longer.

My review from summer 2018 is below.

I've been with Mintvine, and now Branded Surveys for a few years. They sometimes award points for disqualifications, there is a poll question daily that gives points, survey invitations come daily, and although you have to wait for points to be reviewed and awarded, they are responsive if you have an issue. Very pleased with this site.
