Earn a Payout in as Little as One Week!

Payouts on Branded Surveys range in value for surveys and can be as high as 300 points. If you are not the best fit for a survey, you will still be rewarded with points for answering even a couple of questions - compensating you for your time and inching you forward to your first payout, be it a cash payment, gift card or other reward.

How to Redeem Points

When you complete a survey, you will be rewarded with points and your survey answers will be sent directly to Branded Survey’s market research clients. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 approved points ($5.00 USD), a redemption button will become active in the "My Points" section of your account, allowing you to cash out your earnings and redeem your points.

Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Member's Tip! Answer questions as honestly as possible so the data collected is accurate and the surveys you qualify for are relevant to you. This makes it much easier to complete surveys quicker.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

  • Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
  • Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
  • Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

  • When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.
  • When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.

Before the Branded takeover of MintVine, this survey site was my number one go-to site. I easily made £10-£15 a day save for weekends, and it was good fun. Now? This site has gone from being in the top 2 best survey sites out there to one of the worst in every way. The decline did start happening gradually before snowballing into a total shambles. Basically, when the MintVine name went, so did the quality.

In recent months, they have taken everything that was good about the site away from the site. The surveys they offer are now twice as long and for half the money (if you're lucky). Now it's practically slave labour. It's like they are testing how far they can push their members before they finally say enough is enough. (I passed that point a long time ago). The Aces have gone, the poll streak has gone, even the daily poll has been chopped in half. When it was MintVine, the worst thing about the site used to be the three week wait for payouts (2 weeks for approval and 1 week for payout) - now, that's the best thing about the site!

They are also a dishonest company. I know someone personally who was constantly accused of using a proxy server - this is someone who was not using a proxy server, is not tech savvy in the slightest, and didn't even know what a proxy server was until I told them, let alone how to set one up. They even contacted their internet service provider to have this confirmed and sent the proof to MintVine/Branded in an effort to have their money that MintVine/Branded had blocked them from withdrawing, unfrozen. But no luck. All they received was more poorly-written bot-like replies and repeated baseless accusations. This is not uncommon either - I've seen it on SurveyPoilce and on the Branded forum itself, plenty of people being accused by Branded Surveys of using a proxy server when they are absolutely not... just because they don't want to pay out. This is completely disgraceful on Branded's part.

In summary: the MintVine ship has well and truly sailed. I no longer use Branded Surveys and would not recommend them to anyone. In the words of Samuel Goldwyn, include me out!

Effective November 25th, we launched our new and improved Branded Elite Program. This includes bonus points for consecutive survey completes, bonus points for panelists who are the top 100 performers, and submissions into a daily, weekly, and monthly drawing to win extra points.

I have been a member of this survey panel for a few years. It used to be honest and trustworthy but now it must be one of the worst. I have already posted my disappointment at the reduction in the points offered for each survey and the total demise of the rewards for completing regular surveys, but it gets even worse. I have noticed that they are misrepresenting the expected duration of the survey maybe it is a reaction to the fact that the points have been reduced and less people are willing to spend a good length of their time completing surveys for a paltry amount. Furthermore they now regularly dont give you the points even when you have completed the survey. Yes before you say it Branded Surveys they will give the reward if you send a service ticket but there must be many people who don't complain so another way for you to grab something for nothing. I urge anyone to look elsewhere for surveys

Incorrect claims of proxy use

Update: I've gotten a response here and my email. My email saying its being looked into, and here saying the 'ban' has been lifted. Unfortunately, I'm still not able to take surveys as the 'proxy server' message is still there. Not sure why I received whatever has been going on in the first place or why someone stated its gone when its not.

I've used this survey site for months without an issue. There was the rare late payment, but I've always gotten paid. However, after taking a small break form the site, I try to take a survey the other day and was given a message that I was using a proxy server and to switch to my home internet. It makes absolutely no sense for me to have that message, when I've been using the same home internet for the site since I've made an account. All of a sudden today my ip is a proxy server, yet I was able to do surveys for almost a year with no issue?

I emailed support my issue and was just vaguely told 'unusual proxy on your ip contact us again when you're at your usual location'. As if nothing I wrote was read at all. I am at my usual location, so there is nowhere else for me to contact them through. Its the same setup on my end as I've been using with the site already. I ran proxy detection tests on my internet, making screenshots of everything as evidence to prove that it wasn't possible for me to be using a proxy. I sent those in as another response.

Hours late, at this point now its safe to assume I'm being ignored by them. I believe either someone is lying, or their system has changed thus sending false flags of proxy use. The fact that I have sent in proof to oppose what they are claiming, and have been ignored tells me a lot. This needs to be manually looked at on their end. There is nothing on my end showing this issue. Also, I am able to use other survey sites without a problem. At this point now, I just want whatever money I have left on my account and will be on my way. I don't have the patience to deal with shady stuff like this now. Some honesty from them would be nice.

Who ate the Points

I am an elite member on this and have seen it change in the last month from a decent and honest site to a one where 1 star is too high. They have cut the benefits from being a loyal member and replaced it with nothing but an empty promise that they are revising the programme but they never say when or with what. If they were a reputable company they would do the cuts and replace on one go not just the cuts. If this was not enough they have reduced the rewards on almost every survey to the point where I am being asked to do surveys which dont even pay 1 cent per minute. Today I have noticed that they are trying a new trick maybe because people are getting wiser and not doing the surveys for a tiny rewards. Now they have started to misrepresent the time taken. Today I was invited to complete a survey for 60 points for 1 minute, my first reaction was too good to be true, I was right the very next screen told me it was a 50 minute survey> I can appreciate that survey lengths cannot be completely accurate but 50 times more. The next survey I completed was given no points and the activity was not recorded on the system, I have read the many reports here where others have the same grievances Branded survey never answer many of the questions just the stock reply and empty response that they are revising the reward system. Come on please answer the questions as to why all these detrimental changes have occurred.
