Earn a Payout in as Little as One Week!

Payouts on Branded Surveys range in value for surveys and can be as high as 300 points. If you are not the best fit for a survey, you will still be rewarded with points for answering even a couple of questions - compensating you for your time and inching you forward to your first payout, be it a cash payment, gift card or other reward.

How to Redeem Points

When you complete a survey, you will be rewarded with points and your survey answers will be sent directly to Branded Survey’s market research clients. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 approved points ($5.00 USD), a redemption button will become active in the "My Points" section of your account, allowing you to cash out your earnings and redeem your points.

When you're ready to request a cash out from your Branded Surveys account, click the redemption button and choose from a wide variety of rewards:

Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Member's Tip! Answer questions as honestly as possible so the data collected is accurate and the surveys you qualify for are relevant to you. This makes it much easier to complete surveys quicker.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

  • Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
  • Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
  • Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

  • When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.
  • When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.
  • When you complete 30 surveys per week, you can earn a 14% bonus as a Silver member and a 19% bonus as a Gold member.

Re-qualify to Keep Your Badge Status

To maintain your badge color, members are encouraged to keep participating. Note that badges are subject to change on the first of each month if there was minimal participation for the duration of the month.

misleading times on surveys

The time estimates for completing a survey were wildly inaccurate. The surveys were generally much longer than suggested. I found this to be very misleading. I don't recommend using this website because it will take you much longer than you think to get paid out. The other reason I would advise against taking their surveys is because they ask the same questions over and over and over again. I would get disqualified for a survey but then constantly get emailed similar surveys just to get disqualified again. You end up wasting a lot of time and not making any real money. I don't recommend signing up for Branded Surveys.

Our survey times begin as estimations from our client, then, as we collect responses they are altered to reflect more accurate timing based on the completed survey times. We also understand that repetitive questions may be irritating, but they are used as a form of verification for both our clients and us. If you are finding that we are sending you irrelevant surveys or ones that you often disqualify from, make sure your profile information is as up to date as possible. This should help solve the problem significantly. We hope these solutions work for you, and that you would consider using Branded Surveys again in the future!
Mintvine did not pay

Hi! I have been a very loyal survey takers for almost 2 years at Mintvine now. They used to pay in time with no problems. Recently, over the last 2-3 payments, they were late. Even last month, they cancelled my Jul 25 request for payment when all the surveys were all approved. Also, that amount was not credited back to my account. Moreover, The redeem button was removed from my account to prevent me from redeeming my points. 3 tickets have been sent for supports since the beginning of August. No responses were received from Mintvine. The pending points which were supposed to be approved since the beginning of this month are staying pending without any chances of being approved. I'm very disappointed. I will update the review when this is solved.

Updated: I have just sent another ticket for support. Just to note that my email was always asked to be filled in a blank for all the previous tickets. So don't blame me that I did not put my email or name there. I did actually note down my name and email in the new ticket. Hope this will get faster response rather than months like what they did before even though they promised to respond in 1-2 business days!!!

Branded Surveys Is Sinking Ship

I certainly don't expect to make a ton of money off doing surveys, but I don't expect to be treated as though I am being done a favor by a survey site. We who take the surveys are not just labor producing the product but are the product itself.

Since the reviews here are making references to poor customer service due to nonpayment to the survey-takers, I would like to point out that we are not the customers. We are the product without which they have nothing to sell to customers. Branded Surveys is getting uppity and losing sight of that, and I would be outraged if it were my company getting the negative PR resulting from angry survey-takers because we are all consumers here. Take it from someone who used to hire market research companies while running my own business before I retired that I would be separating myself from Branded Surveys as quickly as possible for the sake of damage control if mine were one of the companies currently associated with Branded Surveys.

Like y'all I am no longer willing to do anything helpful to Branded Surveys due to my recent experiences resulting in three strikes against them in quick succession.

First, I was told that my requested Amazon code was not payable with no explanation whatsoever and instructed to select another option. Okay. That could mean that Amazon has any number of reasons for choosing to no longer do business with Branded Surveys. Fine, although it is certainly disappointing since I donate my "survey rewards" to the Make A Wish families who bring their children to the theme parks in the area to grant their final wishes. I liked the ability to send Amazon boxes filled with gifts like non-perishable food for their hotel rooms etc. or things little kids would like as if these were presents from Mickey Mouse or Harry Potter if the children are young and innocent enough to believe that a theme park character sent them.

I then requested an Uber gift card code to replace the Amazon code I was not able to get. This sent me back to the beginning of the waiting period as if the first waiting period for the Amazon code had never taken place. I wasn't happy about that but could handle it just fine until the Uber code was not paid either and without any explanation. I did an Internet search just out of curiosity to see whether anyone else was having the same issues with Branded Surveys and found a bunch of complaints about late payment and even total non-payment period. I would never advise anyone who cared about the reputation of their company to tolerate such conduct from a survey site because it leads to guilt by association for the market research clients.

Finally I did get an Uber code and tried to let a Make A Wish family use it for transportation back to the Give Kids The World Village after I dropped them off at Disney World. The code would not work with Uber. It turns out that the code for payment was issued in pounds instead of dollars, even though all of the surveys I have done for Branded Surveys were completed in the state of Florida for a company which is allegedly headquartered in San Diego. That is unless they are actually some off-shore company pretending to be an American company, which I suspect they just may be. I sure don't believe that there was anything accidental about those pounds instead of dollars, although they may try to blame me if it suits their purposes.

I complained about these repeated "errors" which I suspect are not really errors at all but simply stall tactics in hopes that people will be stupid enough to keep responding to the e-mails still being sent out in order to seek participants in still more surveys.

Hey, wait a minute! Branded Surveys says that they need our patience because they are so overwhelmed that they just can't keep up with the amount of work coming into their offices. Yet they want to have more stuff sent to their offices to give even more work them more to do? You will never get what you were promised if you keep giving them something for nothing. Yet they are copping an attitude that they are poor hapless victims of too much work due to the complaints they are receiving. Huh? What double-speak!

Turn off the tap of replies to the "invitations" to give your time and personal information to people who don't appreciate what you are doing for them but act as if mere pennies on the dollar are so generous on their part.

I am retired so I can mess with them just on general principle and make them pay for their dishonesty to you (the product) and also to the customers who are being hurt by having their businesses suffer guilt by association because you are the clients' customers not Branded Surveys customers.

If you are doing Branded Surveys out of a desperate financial need, you would probably get more respect from the welfare department. Good luck and God bless you if you are truly so destitute that you have to rely upon the likes of Branded Surveys for income you poor soul.

It is a good and reliable site to work in. They are slow to approve your work and a little slow to pay but you can make average money with this site.
