Epoll market research asks intriguing questions about celebrities, sports, TV and other entertainment topics. With every survey you participate in, you will earn valuable points which are redeemable for gift cards, prizes and cash.

Reward Options Available

E-Poll offers a variety of rewards, including gift cards from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy and more. They also allow you to donate your points to charity.

With a minimum of just 2750 points in your account (less than $5), you can redeem your points for a reward. Note that points increase in value as they are accumulated, so saving your points up for a bigger reward can be advantageous.

• Redeem the appropriate number of points for a $5 (3750 points), $10, $15, $20, $25, or $30 PayPal payment.
• Choose from a wide variety of gift cards to retailers including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Starbucks, iTunes, Sears, Gamestop and more. Note that prizes usually take 6-8 weeks to be processed.
• 2750 points = a $3 charitable donation to American Red Cross, National Wildlife Federation, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Humane Society, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
• Watch out for monthly sweepstakes of $250 that can be won!
• If you choose to cash out via PayPal, make sure your email address matches whatever email is associated with your PayPal account.

Your points never expire! All rewards are received electronically, however they are not delivered instantly and can take 4-6 weeks to process.

E-Poll awards points for taking surveys, which can vary between 500-1000+ points, depending on the length and complexity of the survey.

Survey Types

E-Poll offers a few types of surveys, including video surveys that may require you to watch specific television shows “live” on your TV. Online surveys usually correspond to entertainment-related marketing research, such as surveys about TV watching habits. These are often geared towards younger individuals.

As a member of E-poll you may be asked to watch new TV commercials or in some cases even watch and review DVDs that are sent directly to your home! The amount of surveys you receive will vary depending on availability. Occasionally you may receive 1-2 surveys a day, but at other times you may only receive 1-2 surveys a month.

Is Epoll Legit?

There's no reason to think that is anything but legitimate. Epoll is not a scam and has been providing paid surveys for over a decade. Although people may have different experiences being a member of the panel, Epoll is perfectly legitimate.

So far this year I've cashed out 3x for $30 each while the previous 2 years I only cashed out 1-2x per year. If you watch a lot of tv and movies, this panel is for you.

I've been a member of E-Poll for several years now, one of the longest survey memberships I have. I've been frustrated with the frequency of surveys -- maybe once per month on average. The surveys themselves are good and there's a good variety of rewards, but it just takes a while to earn enough points for redemption. However, right now I have to give E-Poll negative marks for the way they've been treating me in the last couple of days. After notifying them that I wasn't able to log in or reset my password, I find out that my account had been hijacked and points redeemed without my knowledge. I'm trying to get my account reinstated with my existing email address, but they have not been responding to my emails. Therefore, I can't access my account. I plan to call them later. Stay tuned.

***Update: E-Poll finally got in touch with me. They did agree to reinstate my account and reimburse me all the points that had been improperly redeemed. They probably would not have done so for just anybody -- they recognized that I've been a long-standing member, and perhaps they were a bit embarrassed by the fact that they let such a drastic account change (i.e., email address) occur without notifying me first. All is back to normal.

The surveys don't come very often, but when they do they are easy (if a little dull) and they have good points for them which add up quickly (as they can with few surveys to complete). Their website is fairly basic, and you can only access their surveys through the link they send you in an email. Overall I am satisfied.

I get a few surveys a month, but when I do they are fun. They are all pretty similar but I really like them. Also, it's fast to collect points. The redemption is low, so it's easy. And usually they reward you with points the same day or next! The only thing that takes like a month-is waiting for your cash! However, after being a member for only 2 months, I won their monthly sweepstakes!!! It was for $20.00. And you usually have a good chance at winning that sweepstakes because it's monthly and alot of people win each month (something like 30-50, I forget).

Overall they don't send very many surveys but when they do they are quick and interesting, and as long as you read the questions they never kick you out. It can take a few months to garner enough points to cash in for a reward and a few months to receive the reward. Overall it's not the best but it's free money and legit.
