REDEEMING REWARDS

The more surveys you take weekly, the more likely you will be entered into the higher tiers for weekly draws and prizes. You can also earn points to be redeemed by major online retailers.

GfK is one of the world’s largest market research companies, spanning over 57 countries and has been conducting surveys for over 70 years! GfK is committed to providing the highest quality of information and protection of its panelists. They are members of the UK Data Protection Act and follow the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct.

GfK MediaView Panel

The Gfk MediaView panel lets its members share their opinion on what they watch on the television and hear on the radio. You could have an influence on what shows are available in your country and change the future of broadcasting!

Take Daily Surveys

Every day there are surveys available about TV and Radio related subjects asking you about your viewing and listening habits. There are no survey screen outs. Each time you complete a survey, you will receive "tickets". Once you have accumulated 10 tickets, you will receive an entry into a prize draw for cash, vouchers, experiences and gadgets. Each days' surveys are available between the hours of 6AM and 12AM only.

How Does it Work?

Every day, you can rate the television programs you watched the day before, giving a simple rating score (1-10) to the programs you watched for at least 5 minutes.

Get Rewards

For your participation, you have the chance to win prizes including cash, exclusive experiences, and e-vouchers from retailers such as Amazon, Tesco, Cineworld and more. There are weekly draws to participate in as well.

The number of surveys you complete each week determines which of the weekly prize draw tiers you will be entered into at the end of the week:>

  • 1-2 surveys = Bronze
  • 3-4 surveys = Silver
  • 5-7 surveys = Gold

Each survey you complete also earns you points, which can be spent towards a catalogue of great prizes in the points prize draw:

  • Each TV survey = 200 points
  • Each Radio survey = 100 points
  • Per “5 minutes” of a survey = 500 points

Eligibility: Residents of the UK, Ireland and Isle of Man.

TERRIBLE

May 20, 2015 by STEPHEN from United States

I just started with this site and did a survey that went on forever and then got hardly any points for it! I just read some reviews about GFK and I'm not going to do any more surveys through them. I'm going to unsubscribe to their site. What a waste of time! I'm glad I read the Survey Police reviews about them!

Takes advantage of people's time

April 29, 2015 by Leo from United Kingdom

They are openly taking advantage of people's time. Along the years, on and off, I won a few vouchers (manly £2), if you were filling it every day you will find that you're doing it for free. I keep my profile active in case they have a real paid survey/TV study (rarely though).

Since they've introduced 'big prizes' I never won, not even the £2, and the points required for entering these 'big prize's does not follow any logic, eg. this is just an example but gives the idea: 2000 points for Amazon £80 but then also 1500 points for £800.
So every time' new prizes' are added/set I feel a loss of both my points, because there is not criteria, and time, because I never won anything anyway since their 'new prizes' system.

I always had c-s replies for both, my feedback/critics and missing points, hence the full star.
Nevertheless, I feel they're just having an income on the expenses of members' time.

Good experience

April 11, 2015 by sylvie from United Kingdom

I joined this panel about two weeks ago. With this panel you get entered into prize draws. Completion of 1 – 2 TV surveys results in entry into a draw of 1200 £1 vouchers, 3 – 4 surveys is a 375 £2 vouchers draw and 5+ surveys is a 110x £5 vouchers draw. Completion of radio surveys gives 100 points and the monthly survey gives 400 points. The points can be used to enter prize draws for household items such as blenders and £250 prize draws. I didn’t think this panel looked very promising when I joined but it has proved me wrong. I have been a member for 2 weeks and already have 1100 points and I have won a £1 amazon e – Gift voucher.

Bad Customer Services

March 26, 2015 by Gary from United Kingdom

I have emailed GFK on several occasions regarding a problem about a user name for a GFK download to record my online activity for 2 months now I am at the final stage where I need to take a final survey for £4 so basically I have lost £20 because the so called help desk will not reply to my request.

Account disabled as "no longer needed"

October 9, 2014 by Jennie from United Kingdom

This was a fairly OK panel. I completed my surveys everyday and had received a couple of vouchers. I believed we had a mutual loyalty.

One evening, I went to complete my daily survey to find my profile had been disabled along with: "We are sorry to say that your contributions are no longer needed for our panel. We thank you for your past contributions and apologise for any inconvenience this causes."

I had no prior email to this, absolutely nothing. It was also done 2 days before their prize draw. Meaning all of the tickets I had been accumulating for the month before, were completely wasted, so basically everyday I completed the surveys in the month prior, I needn't have done as it was for nothing.

I have emailed my disappointment and dissatisfaction but as yet have had no reply. Disgusting behaviour. Be careful.
