I have contacted them multiple times about reciving payment each time they tell me my check is on it's way finaly after 3 months the give me a deadline but on that day still no check now all they say is Dear Sir/Madam,

This matter will be escalated to our Panel Operations team in the United
States. I will contact you as soon as I have more information.

I will not take any more surveys until they pay me the $54.00 they owe me!

I used to really like this company because their suveys were interesting and relevant and pay was reasonable. But now both the survey site and surveys are having issues more often, and the surveys are much longer for the points they award. And the worst of all is their customer support - horrible responding time (takes them forever to respond, almost have to beg for their response) and thoughtless or cookie-cutter type of email response. I'm both disappointed and sad that this company is going down hill like this.

I participated in an 4 day diary for 70,500 points.I was able to do 2 days of the diary by the third day I received an message saying the were having technical difficulties. I only received 500 points and have emailed them 4 times with no response from about the points and days I did participated in.I have read that many people have had the same problem with the study.It just seem like to me they invited many people to participate and closed the study and pocketed all the money from the research company that hired them.

This site offered 70,500 points for my 12 year old to take a survey diary and after the intial survey and one day of doing this diary, they said they had technical difficuties. I wrote to them on the 2nd day so he could continue and received no answer. Finally they wrote and said the diary was closed and offerd 500 points which adds up to 50 cents. My child was heartbroken as he was saving up to buy Christmas gifts. I don`t think this is fair!!

I was asked to complete a survey over a few days and did so until I hit a technical problem. I reported it and received the automatic reply. since then, nothing, and you're left having completed half the survey but never receiving the credit.
