"FORGET IT"
December 08, 2014 by Barbara from Canada

One does a lengthy survey, only to be told at the END that I have been screened out.....then when I try to get a resolution, I am ignored - this has happened more than once...at this point they owe me 100 points.....cant get them to respond to me

"Waste of time"
December 07, 2014 by Monika from United States

After you come nearly to the end of the survey they screen you out!!!! It happened to me a couple of times - 20 min answering questions, and when it seems I am about to complete the survey and earn the points I was screen out-not fair- they got the answers already.Won't recommend it -very disappointing

"Horrible "
November 24, 2014 by taylor from United States

I have been with them for months. I did get paid $50 once, after a lot of work (around 100 surveys) it takes a lot of time and effort. Recently I'm trying to get more points and right now I just spent an hour trying to get some. I finished the surveys but at the end it said "sorry you have been screened out" What a waste of time! enough is enough, and their service sucks dont even bother emailing. This is a waste of time, they have stolen my time.

"Failure to Respond"
November 21, 2014 by Fraser from United Kingdom

I participated in a 1-week survey for GlobalTestMarket, where I had to send a text whenever I heard/seen anything regarding certain brands. After completing the 1 week survey and final questionnaire, the survey stated that my points would be added immediately.

After a week or so, I still had not received my points. I emailed the support desk (whom I had emailed previously with a similar query). After 3 days of my initial email, I sent another email looking for a response. A further 6 days later, I sent an email stating that it had been 9 days since my initial email with no response, and asking if there was an issue with my query. A further 4 days later, after having still no response, I sent a short email stating "I am extremely disappointed in the lack of response.". 3 days have passed since this email and I have STILL received no response and have not received my 390 points.

This is a survey website I would recommend avoiding. There is nothing worse than spending a long period of time with the expectation of payment (Value of roughly £10), but then not to receive that payment. It has currently been 16 days since my first query looking for these points, and roughly 23 days since actually completing the final questionnaire.

"Love this site!"
November 16, 2014 by Raechel from United States

I was recently paid $100 for a focus group with Global Test Market. Last week I also cashed out $75 in Amazon gift cards. They were in my e-mail within a week of my request. They are 100% percent honest. Great company.
