Types of Surveys Offered
Global Test Market offers online surveys that help companies develop new products and services. For every successful survey completed, members are awarded points. Survey lengths vary, but are typically between 10 - 20 minutes. 5 points = approximately $0.05.
Registering is easy, simple and free. Click the registration link where you will be asked simple questions about you and your household. The results are used to determine which surveys you are a good fit for.
Each survey that you complete with Global Test Market rewards you with 'LifePoints'. On April 17, 2017, MarketPoints were discontinued and replaced by these new 'LifePoints' at a 1 for 5 conversion rate. Collected points can be redeemed for many different reward options, which may vary, depending on your country of residence. Rewards can be collected once you have accumulated 4,000 LifePoints (equal to $35) in your account.
Option to Give Back
In addition to the great selection of rewards, Global Test Market gives you the option to give back to your community! Unicef charity donations can be redeemed with collected LifePoints.
Reward Processing Time
Rewards usually take about 4-6 weeks to arrive if you are in the United States and 6-8 weeks for international panel members.

This survey site really showed promise.
I received survey invites fairly regularly. After building up to the required payout threshold, I requested a payout and received a cheque in due course which was deposited without issue.
I continued to use the service and when I again hit the payout threshold, I requested a redemption. I waited the required 10 weeks, but the cheque never arrived, I emailed the company and they replied advising that they would review. After a week I received another email requesting I give them my address again - which I did. They advised I needed to wait another 10 weeks. That was over a year ago now.
I continued to complete surveys and placed another redemption order.
The 10 weeks came and went twice more in respect of the second redemption (in the mean time I never received the cheque in respect of the third redemption either and followed the same procedure as occurred previously, namely emailing, providing my address and waiting 10 weeks).
The 'third' 10 week period expired last week, I emailed the company again who advised me that they will only issue cheques three times and then they write off the cheque - so I have now lost that payment.
I continually requested them to pay me via paypal (as many other survey companies offer), but they indicated they do not offer this as a payout mechanism.
I am sorely disappointed at this company, it appears that they just built confidence by making payment of the first redemption and then just delay on every other payment request.
Please be careful guys and girls when using this company, they appear great and reply to emails, but here I am sitting waiting over a year for payments of services rendered to them only to find out now that they have written off the amount (sure it was in their terms and conditions, but suddenly it feels like there is a reason they have that in their terms and conditions)
Total waste of my time.. the prize does not ever equal any time spent! Constantly screened out.. should be screened prior to sending out surveys.. why waste my time for nothing... can spend 3 hours doing the start of surveys and never earn a thing... SORRY an entry for a sweepstakes draw... 15 billion entries for one prize every 18 months! I think not... SORRY, your cart total does not meet the minimum points to redeem. Your cart must total 1,000 MarketPoints or more. You will need to select additional items or vouchers to reach the required minimum. You have earned the reward but you can not redeem until you have more than 1000 points... in about 4 years I have not qualified for enough points to even have a redemption history on my account! VERY UNFAIR!.. now today there is a notice that they have even removed the reward card redemption! Hmmmm why bother?
Also the recent consumer review with Watch these four videos on youtube... well I got so much crap on the feed back from several survey sites on that survey... you have to have flash loaded... it is! But the survey just gets to the youtube page and sits there... watch all the videos listed on the page.. .makes no difference.. you still just sit there!
I say undoubtedly this one is a FAIL!
used to be quite responsive & execellent, but no more. Feedback sent on 17 apr and get reply on 22 apr with no solution. Anyone experience been screened out after taking the survey for more than 20 mins? I did. Anyone experience completed the survey and been thanks for participate the survey but no market point been credited? Too many times market point not been credited, sick of making complaints and many times just wasting time completing surveys for them without given market points.
They were a decent panel at one time, but have declined in the past year.
If you do surveys your account is not always credited with them.
If you complain, your account sometimes becomes mysteriously inaccessible.
My advice would be to avoid these shysters like the plague. Very untrustworthy indeed.
I was a member for around 2 weeks and managed to get about 300 points. 1000 points can be redeemed for a £10 paypal transaction or giftcard. Now when I try to log in it doesnt recognise my username or password. I seem to have been locked out of my account. What a waste of time.
